Absolutely amazing hotel
The hotel was faultless, right from check in to check out, from reception through to the rooms. Spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly staff. Honestly couldn't fault the place at all. The location is great for exploring and felt safe at all times. The parking is $75 a day but was worth it knowing the car was safe

A bit loud
Pretty loud for a seemingly modern hotel. Guests next door, in the hallway, and above all helped keep us up late and wake up early. We tried to move rooms and offered ro leave our luggage at the front for the day the management claimed in the dozens of top floor rooms, none were changing over that day to become available. I’ll go back to the boutique hotels that at least have breakfast for my next visit.

Very convenient location to get to and from Fisherman’s Warf and other attractions. Staff were great, clean and tidy property. I felt very safe going and coming, walking around in a the area with my young son. The hotel really lacks a restaurant/breakfast option on site, though. Major downside.
