This was a gift for my granddaughters 21st bday! After talking with her, she said it was very nice, modern, great valet parking, and a good location to the wharf area!
Yes. Bell Hop staff was courteous and helpful. Only have valet parking option for the hotel so you may want to prepare for that if you want to. Other than that, everything has been great.

Staff was great- I requested a blanket and it was at my door within 15 mins and was responsive to a loud neighbor that was enjoying loud music aftwr 11:30pm.. The room above our room had a squeaky floorboard and it was so loud!
We stayed over NYE after attending a big party and it was just what we were looking for, quiet, nice, and relaxing. We loved all the Holiday decorations too, and the staff was nice and friendly. Our room was a good size with a king bed and a foldout sofa. The bathroom was nice and roomy, we had no issues whatsoever. Coffee was great the next morning too and there was a complimentary focaccia tasting in the lobby area which we gladly participated in and enjoyed! Overall a great stay and would definitely come back!

Imagine staying in very cold and rainy SF and then you take a shower and found out there’s no hot water😤 called front desk and told me it will be fixed in a few minutes but it never did get fixed. This is how bad customer service was, upon check out the front desk staff did apologized and said if we could stay after the 1100 check out time the plumber is going to fix it around 11 am, we thought she was kidding but she was very serious. They promised to reimburse us $100 but has not seen that credit yet. And I told them you guys call yourself a vacation club? I have been in the US for over 30 years and I have not stayed in any hotel with no hot water never until we stayed at Marriott Vacation Club in SF. Too bad 1 star is the lowest I can give, they don’t deserve any star whatsoever😡
The hotel is nice new and clean , is missing breakfast. Only food or snacks available to purchase . We travel by car from las Vegas and our check in was at midnight. We were tired and the gentleman at check in was very rude. We need a different parking because our rented van was to high. The check in person was very rude and didn’t help us to find a solution. After a exchange of words and even security to show up at check in a second lady that knew better help us to find an application that show us different choices for parking because our hotel couldn’t fit our rental vehicle. The first attendance told me to move my car from the valet parking right away creating a tensed situation. I had to high my voice and tell him that we had 3 rooms reservation with parking and we want to take our 10 people check in in their rooms and after 2 people will take the van to a different parking near by. The attendant didn’t know how to direct himself in order to help us and at same time reduce the stress of the moment. Thank you for the 2 lady that helps us we were able to park near by and go to our hotel room.ls. The rooms had no water for 2 nights in a row. We have to go to the lobby to purchase it. Overall the facilities are very nice , clean and well located but it took a ruff employee to make our checking in difficult.
Thankfully our check out was very nice. They help with all the luggage in a positive and happy mood!
The room was very spacious -- it was nice to have a separate living room and bedroom. The room was clean, the shower was huge! Hotel staff at the front desk and cleaning staff provided excellent service. We greatly enjoyed the daily activities and the walking tour led by Adam (I think that is his name).
