"This a nice boutique hotel which in unfortunately in a not-so-great neighborhood of downtown San Francisco. But the neighborhood notwithstanding, it is a clean, modern hotel that is very comfortable.
I will complain, however, that the bathroom in my room (Room 901) was not very well designed.
My main issue was with the lack of hooks or towel bars to hang up towels and washcloths with. There was a single towel bar on the shower door and only 1 (one!) wall hook in the entire bathroom, and it wasn't anywhere near the sink, nor could it be reached from inside the shower. It may seem like a silly complaint until you are suddenly looking for places to hang up used cloths or towels. Or even a place to hang your change of clothes for when you get out of the shower.
The other complaint I have is the lack of water pressure in the bathroom. It is really low. Like, shockingly low. To point where you'd experience better water pressure if you took a shower outside when it is raining."
