"You need to communicate with the hotel."
The hotel was fine but I had a major problem with billing. The hotel wasnt notified that I had prepayed with you and tried to double bill me. I've had this happen before and luckily I caught it in time. Apparently you didnt notify them that I had booked the room through you so they originally charged me for the room and parking even though I had no car in the city.

"Great location for family visit."
This spot is close to our children's apartment. It's perfect for a visit, with access to lots of restaurants and shopping. The motel style building is perfect for lots of comings and goings. No need to fuss with a hotel lobby, elevator and long hallways. It is not the kind of place we would ordinarily choose, since it is quite bare bones. But the location is great, and the room is comfortable for our purpose.

"Good location for sights and transportation"
We did not originally get the room we asked for. We asked to change and we were denied. We booked June 10 for July 28. We were stuck in a King Bed room for two women, rather small with a broken coffee maker, and staff was uninterested that we planned two beds, refrigerator, and a larger room for 300+ a night. The end of the second day, after chatting with the manager and again told , no more rooms in a 25 floor or more hotel, with two beds. We got a call in afternoon that a room was located and we moved to another floor , another room. (no compensation $$) The second room was lovely, clean and large, what I ordered in June, and what I expected from a hotel like this. So half the stay was "ok" and the other half "Pleasing" IF you book, call first and demand a room you want. The desk staff doesn't give a hoot. The view was great and we had a great time overall.

"Fun Beach Stay"
We really enjoyed this hotel. We vacationed with our family of four, (2 kids, 6 & 8 yrs old) and another couple we have been friends with forever(they stayed on 3rd level, Penthouse). We had an ocean front view on the 2nd floor which was fantastic! We stayed the Aug. 23rd weekend. A lot of the schools had already started so it was fairly kid quiet. The fog horn which sounds about every 5 seconds did not bother us at all. We even slept with our balcony door open at night and didnt hear it. Quiet hotel rooms overall. We did pick up some wine and cheese at 5:30 each night. The white wine I had was good. But, I think they could have offered some plates, instead of napkins for the cheese and a real knife instead of plastic. Breakfast was a good selection of homemade baked goods; muffins, coffee cake, danish, bagels/cream cheese, coffee, milk and juice. The selections varied according from day to day. Kids and our friends enjoyed the pool and hot tub spa. I like how they were separated from each other with a fence surrounding each. Views from patio/swim area were wonderful. The area was close to other areas. There is a walking path behind the hotel that will take you to other restaurants (Barbara's Fish Trap which we enjoyed) and Half Moon Brewery which I would NOT recommend due to service and food quality. Overall enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beach get-away.

"Very accommodating"
Omni staff was one of the best I've ever experienced and I am used to high-end hotel/resort properties. Everyone from the front desk to the maids were extremely accommodating and at your service at every turn.

"Centrally located / Convenient"
Centrally located hotel within walking distance to all Union Square dining, drinks, shops and you can walk to AT&T. Hotel has a older/ 'classic' set of rooms where we stayed - OK space wise but rooms are a bit musty as can be expected with hotel built at least 75 years ago. Did not go into newer section. The lobby has a hallway right into the Grill Restaurant which is good food/ drink place, quality food with prices to match. A perpetual issue in The City - parking !! Parking a vehicle is inconvenient and expensive. From the Handlrey we parked two blocks up and one block to the East in parking garage off Taylor -- $45 per day. Overall, however, this hotel provides a centrally located place to see the sights and enjoy what the City has to offer.

"Nice hotel in the city "
We stayed here a night after having a horrible experience at another hotel. Hotel is a bit pricy but great breakfast was included. Room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and respected the privacy signs on the door. I would definitely stay here again. Only down side was the parking fee $37 for self park :/

Felt the hotel was "skimpy" with towels- only one set per person. Nice and modern. Felt "rumbling" when in bed- vibrations coming from somewhere in hotel- machinery?
