Very clean and pleasant stay overall. BUT lesson learned that next time I'll ask for a receipt if i pay for parking in cash. At checkout I learned that the person I checked in with, got cash from several guests for parking but didn't record it in the hotel records so i had no way to prove i paid for overnight parking. She told me they were out of the printed passes so to just press the call button and they'd open the gate for me. They charged me at checkout but said they'll refund me once she comes in for her shift and clears it up. I really hope I get that money back.

I was there for an overnight. I chose the hotel for the location did not realize they had free shuttle service to the airport. It would have been nice to have been reminded that when I checked in. Anyway I got over it quickly after going o Max's Diner across the street which is always fun!

This place did not let us check in with my Hotels.com reservation. Due to significant flight delay, we arrived past midnight and they said our booking was canceled despite us never having received any email cancellation confirmation. We were forced to rebook for a higher price. With this new booking, we were told that there would be free breakfast. This morning, as we are writing this review, we have been denied free breakfast. We have felt cheated throughout this process and are highly disappointded in the management at this property.
