We had a bad experience once we pulled the bed covers back there was maybe blood stains on the top right corner of the sheets. They never offered a discount on our room stay just changed the sheets and that was it.

I liked that it was a clean room and had a great view. The gym, pool and hot tub were nice. It is a fancy place. However, 2 of 3 elevators were broken and this made getting to breakfast slow. The LARGE tv in the dining room was a plus. It is a short (10 minute) ride to SFO. It's a bit expensive. I missed the free breakfast too.

Room had water stains in the ceiling. Visible mold on the shower curtain. Gym was humid and hot; an employee said “Oh you have to call the desk and tell them you want to use it so they can turn the AC on”. Carpet in the hallways was coming up presenting a tripping hazard.
