"The property was nice. The room we had, king suite with fireworks view, was very nice. Everything around the resort was clean. Only suggestions I have for improvement would be, friendlier pool staff, check in process revamped (we checked in late and the staff seemed super tired, we were told we had to come back the next day to get a parking pass from guest services, upon getting the pass they tried to talk me into a timeshare. I eventually went to the timeshare presentation after being harrassed a million times and it was a complete joke. The timeshare presentation was supposed to be 60-90 minutes and we were there almost 3 hours with little children. When we told the staff we werent interested their attitudes became insane how they treated us, like we meant nothing to them as guests. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't stay here again, just means I wont be fooled into ever going to a presentation again. The resort has 7 pools around the area, my family only checked out the one near our building because the pools are so far apart, it would have been too much walking for my little ones. The biggest complaint I have about the property is the parking. Parking is free, great! But the hotel doesn't limit how many parking passes they give out (one guy got 4 passes while he was there) so there was never any parking close to where our building was and being handicapped, there were cars parked in handicapped parking that had no handicapped tags. The property said it wasn't their problem."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. When I checked in, I was told that I had an account from previous visits and would receive a free night stay, but at checkout I was charged a completely different price than what was originally quoted. In addition, there were several maintenance issues in my room. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and the showerhead was not working when I first arrived. I had to contact the service desk and wait for it to be replaced before I could even leave to get something to eat. The bathtub was also clogged, causing dirty water to pool around my feet while showering. The bathroom sink had the same issue, and it was also leaking underneath, which caused all of my towels to become wet. On top of that, the TV remote did not work properly, and no one followed up to resolve the issue in a timely manner Overall, the lack of responsiveness and attention to these problems made my stay very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the supervisor I spoke with at checkout was very rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the pricing discrepancy and the issues I experienced. No effort was made to address my concerns or offer any kind of credit. This was not the level of service I expected, especially as a returning customer, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had."

"Had a wonderful stay. The staff so pleasant and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a lovely array of assortments. This is an excellent place to stay close to all attractions (they provide a shuttle) without the the pricey cost. I highly recommend for all ages. We will definitely be back 💯"

"Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were nice just always check to make sure everything is to your liking. The shower was great. We will definitely be staying again."
