The room is dated. Furniture is beat up. Carpet is old and worn out. Bathroom needs updated. Shower head was terriable. No water. Water would not shut off in shower. Ran all night. Bed is hard and noisy. Elevators are jumpy and rough hotel needs a lot of work and be brought up to date. Will not be staying again. Very disappointed after reading reviews.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with shopping nearby and the area's main attractions very close. The included breakfast is okay, considering it’s free. However, the biggest issue was the terrible musty smell in the room. They don't clean under the beds—there were candies, socks, creams from other guests, and a lot of dust. Towels were changed daily and trash was taken out, but they never cleaned the room, even though we went to the front desk to request it. I stayed for a week, and based on my experience, I wouldn't come back.
