"Tenía dudas sobre reservar este hotel por los comentarios, unos muy buenos, otros muy malos. Mi viaje fue con amigas y la pasamos increíble. El cuarto me encanto, se siente todo nuevo, la cama, la tele, todo en excelentes condiciones y limpio, no tienen como en otros all inclusive que te dejan botana o chocolates, solo hay un refri con refrescos, agua y cerveza. Las toallas un día nos tocaron nuevas hermosas y el otro día unas toallas horribles. Las albercas, las de la torre 6 muy padres, si vas a las otras parece balneario, muy llenas y hasta te da cosa meterte, pero la vista de la naturaleza es incomparable y solo por la foto te metes. Ve al club de playa en el primer shuttle de las 10, hay que reservar temprano, la comida y el servicio ahí es lo máximo, la comida y bebidas deliciosas y mis respetos a todos los meseros de ahí Susana, José y Dashel, siempre con una sonrisa, dispuestos a servirte, por ellos sería por lo que volvería a hospedarme aquí. Los buffets del desayuno buenísimos, los de las cenas podrían mejorar. El tepanyaki un 100, aplausos a Yareli la chef, lo malo es que solo puedes reservar una vez en toda tu estancia. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar si vas un fin de semana y te gusta la playa, si vas más días y solo te gusta la alberca no me quedaría aquí. Me gustaría dar las gracias a Julio y Omar en los carritos, Alexis en recepción, Manuel en el bar del lobby, Jorge y Leonardo meseros en romero y sal, Fabiola en el spa, gran actitud y servicio!!"

"Just returned from an 8 day all inclusive family vacation with grandchildren aged 8,10 12 years. Perfect weather, beautiful resort property. Kids were very comfortable using all amenities by themselves. 3 meals in restaurants for adults were very good. Staff were excellent from check in till checkout 😎"

"We had a great 7 night stay at Barcelo in November 2025. Our group of 10 were split into both towers. The standard rooms were larger than we expected and the family suite had two rooms and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the restaurants, but almost preferred the buffet as the options changed daily. The beach was small but beautiful and welcoming. There was so much shade covering the pool which was great for our group as none of us burnt! The staff was probably the best part of the trip! Cesar in the Premium lounge was so welcoming and helpful in whatever we needed (including our daily Spanish lessons), the entire entertainment staff at the pool and evening shows (especially Fernando) kept our group busy, and Gerardo at the pool bar made sure we had a good time! We met some friends from places near and far. The resort is small enough that you feel safe and recognize people throughout your stay. We will be back and can’t wait to see the staff again! <3"
