Las palapas de los camastros estan muy pequeñas y no dan suficiente sombra. Yo se que por ser todo incluido y la cantidad de gente y comida y platos que se ensucian son muchos, pero nos tocaron vasos y platos sucios, por lo tanto ya no estuvimos comodos despues. Ojo porque solo te dan una tarjeta por habitación y si la olvidas dentro del cuarto debes ir al lobby con identificación, asi que si dejaste tus pertenencias en tu habitación asegurate de traerla en foto 🙂 La chica que da el show en las noches fue grosera con un huesped durante el show y honestamente no tenia gracia para darlo.

we stayed in this hotel couples of times before, but unfortunately this time we did not enjoyed our stay. We usually come to rest and enjoy the food. This time as we arrived, there was construction right outside of our rooms and we could not rest. Also, the service was not good in the restaurants. looks like it was understaffed.

The RIU service is outstanding. Staff were friendly and accommodating across the facility, and went out of their way to make everyone’s experience special. The food is very good, with some items being exceptional. Flavours were good, there was lots of variety, and the presentation was great. The beach is wonderful, with a large expanse of clean sand and fun waves. There were always available beach chairs (we didn’t use the pools much as we prefer the beach generally) and there are food and drinks available at the beach, including both a snack bar and lunch buffet. The facilities are being cleaned constantly, which makes it very pleasant. The cleaners work so hard!! The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough but a bit dated (didn’t bother us), and the hotel accommodated my online floor request with no issues. The mini bar is restocked every 2nd day, which worked fine for us, and bottled water is provided. We were pleased to hear about renovations happening soon. The grounds are stunning, with a beautiful central fountain area. Zero hassle at check in and check out and the lobby staff are always willing to assist should help be needed. The pop-up bars are a fun touch. Mexican night was wonderful. My only criticism is that more seating is needed for the evening shows. They are well attended and very entertaining but we left early most nights because there were no available seats. Otherwise, Well done, RIU team!

Food was just ok. Mostly Hispanic speaking guests. Too many kids but we’ve never been to Mexico in the summer months. Would definitely do adults only from now on

Overall decent. The food options were really good. Limited pool availability with only 2 pools and they were very crowded. Not a lot of shade.The hotel is right on the beach though too so easy access there. The lunch options here aren't very good I would recommend using the Vallarta for lunch and they have a lot more options for pool too.
