Great location, great views, bad plumbing

This unit has plumbing issues. There was a terrible sewer smell coming from the laundry room/3rd bathroom, and also from both of the upstairs bathrooms. The master bedroom shower's drain was clogged. The property management company was quick to respond and tried fixing the problems twice with no luck.Otherwise, the condo has a great view, the facilities and amenities are really nice. The condo is decently furnished.

The condo and the grounds were fantastic. Amazing location with a perfect beach with tons of palapas. Brandon from Naya homes did a great job with communication. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Maritima Condo

Exactly as advertised. Wonderful condo in a sensational location. The entire property is very well maintained. Great communication. Staff are excellent and do make a point of eating at the on site restaurant.
