We had an issue with the cleaning staff stealing items out of our bags, such as a wallet and expensive sandals. We emailed the hotel but they did not respond. Most of the food was good except for the Steakhouse. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

The meal options were great, the food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant staff did an awesome job, they were extremely accommodating. The main dining area staff made you feel like family.

This was our first time at an all inclusive and the property exceeded our expectations. Perfect for families travelling, the food options were amazing , and it is located right on a really nice beach. We will definitely recommend and return.

Room was cleaned regularly and well. Staff were friendly and competent. The front desk was quick to help with any needs or requests. Pools were great—clean and perfect temperature. Beachfront was lovely

We have stayed at another RIU hotel and we were expecting the same type of service, but we were disappointed in the hotel's food services and other guests' behavior. The hotel has various restaurants that are part of the all-inclusive with no reservation options, and if you don't get to the Steak House early enough prior to opening hours, you most likely are not getting to eat there. They do warn you when you arrive to get there early but even early the lines are long and you may not make it after waiting. We never ate at any of the restaurants other than the main buffet, which was disappointing. There is a family pool area that is family friendly but the guests who were there this time in the swim-up bar pool broke into two different fights while we were there and the only regular staff not security arrived and for that reason I wouldn't recommend it for families. I would say the staff were friendly and if you can see past the rest you can have a great time there and their beach is perfect there.

A wonderful place to stay. Good food options, lots of varied activities, and right on the beach. Some things to note: swimming in the ocean was not always possible, due to dangerous conditions; the pools were warm, and therefore, not always refreshing in the heat; bring your own drink container because the reusable cups sometimes didn't seem cleaned.

Food was nothing as expected no flavor no taste tortillas very hard not appetizing not clean cooking areas very dirty oil for frying very dirty not a good experience at all i would not recommend it to friends and family
