Great family vacation with many activities for all age levels. Only downfalls were the ability to get dinner at the steakhouse was impossible and the lack of room service was not great but bearable. The AC did not seem to work well anywhere. Restaurants and Bars were hot and room didn’t ever get cold. Needs some work on these things for sure, but for not being a palace level resort, I get it.

Good food - my partner is a picky eater but was able to find food he enjoyed at each meal. Our room was clean and the one issue we experienced was promptly fixed by maintenance. Property isn't very large but well maintained and the employees were very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that the nightly entertainment was not very good and being so far away from town you don't have many other options for evening entertainment.

All was excellent. The food at Don Rafael is the best. Their staff is one of a kind and made us feel important to them. Kudos to the chef and waiters. Overall great experi3nce.
