We had an issue with the cleaning staff stealing items out of our bags, such as a wallet and expensive sandals. We emailed the hotel but they did not respond. Most of the food was good except for the Steakhouse. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Great family vacation with many activities for all age levels. Only downfalls were the ability to get dinner at the steakhouse was impossible and the lack of room service was not great but bearable. The AC did not seem to work well anywhere. Restaurants and Bars were hot and room didn’t ever get cold. Needs some work on these things for sure, but for not being a palace level resort, I get it.

Very clean facility. Staff was great and constantly staying on top of everything. Beautiful property and scenery. The only downside was the food - nothing to write home about. If I had to pick, the Asian restaurant was better than the rest.

the pools were very warm and the fans everywhere were on so low or not at all, not enough shaded spots, overall too hot and uncomfortable. The shows were not very entertaining, sometimes the wrong signage was up for shows. Not enough bathrooms, or clearly marked bathrooms. Buffet service was slow and lacking compared to other locations. Need more/better options of food at the 24 hour food location and pool bar - several hours of every day where all you can get is burgers, hot dogs, nachos and fries. Wedding backdrop was not thought out and ruined - had it facing massage and vendor tents at the side of the property.
