Great family vacation with many activities for all age levels. Only downfalls were the ability to get dinner at the steakhouse was impossible and the lack of room service was not great but bearable. The AC did not seem to work well anywhere. Restaurants and Bars were hot and room didn’t ever get cold. Needs some work on these things for sure, but for not being a palace level resort, I get it.

Overall ok. Just sucked that every day there was one restaurant closed. Meaning you have to wait in line for ever for dinner

We appreciated the cleaning staff. Making sure the fridge was restocked. We found the little towel character cute and it gives the bed more personalized.

There were many little birds that flew around the outdoor dining area and pool area, that would eagerly descend on people’s food or property when they got a chance. The birds would leave behind a mess and traces that they had been there. Often leaving you with a soiled seat or beach towel. Also, why are there not more bathrooms available to guests. None of the restaurants offer their own bathrooms. Guests enjoying the restaurant’s and theatre have to rely on 10 stalls to accommodate both men and women.
