The room was super clean, staff were always attentive, and service came quickly. The only downside is that we ended up getting mild food poisoning on the last day of our stay which was unfortunate but overall the stay was very pleasurable

The resort is a 20-minute drive from the airport Beautiful resort Small resort which I like. Very clean Friendly staff Great entertainment crew with activities during the day and night. The beach is also nice, clean and sandy with option to get massages for 35 for 60min. We chose the yellow crew for massages….Amazing! Also some other vendors on the beach for other activities(see Samual with Green bay Hat) The room and specious and clean. The room service crew did a great job keeping the room maintained every day. You can even visit/use amenities in sister Riu property next door. The bad: When we checked the reception guy:Tristan helped us to check in. He had low energy, didn't inform us about towl cards, didn't inform us about the option of us can visit the next door riu resort. He was just vanilla with no energy. The food on resort: You have 4 restaurants to choose from. All 4 are average at best. Don't execpt for anything special. The Japanese and Italian are the worst out of the 4. The Krystal was the better one. The buffet... Hit or miss The sport bar we love the food there. For late night snack or lunch Over all we got lucky with perfrct weather 10/10 During Dec28-Jan4th Overall this resort is great and recommend to other people.

Had a great family vacation over New Years. The buffet dinner offered New Years Eve was fabulous. No shortcuts on quality or quantity. Shout out to Jose our beach server. The most attentive and personable person we have experienced in Mexico. We have been to the Mayan Riviera many times and this was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta. Will definitely be back. The beach was incredible and we aren’t beach people 😂. The Riu Palace Pacifico was a great first experience. Many thanks to Alberto with Gray Line. My husband lost his passport and the whole team was incredibly helpful in helping us to locate it. Thankfully it was in Customs at the airport so we were able to get it right away and not have to worry about getting a replacement.

We enjoyed our stay at Riu Palace Pacifico. The Staff inside and outside was great and attentive to our needs. The room was clean comfortable and well maintained by the cleaning staff. We were very satisfied with the breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We will most definitely be returning!

RIU Palace Pacifico in Puerto Vallarta is the kind of place you come to "just once," and then come back... for the tenth time, maybe even more! The service here is so excellent that sometimes it seems like the staff can read your mind (and bring you a cocktail even before you realize you're thirsty). The selection of food and alcohol is impressive—it's practically impossible to go hungry or sober, no matter how hard you try. The quality of service easily justifies the higher price, but fortunately for guests, the hotel doesn't realize it yet. The atmosphere, comfort, and attention to detail make for a truly carefree stay. We recommend it without hesitation—we've personally tried it more than 10 times. And that, you'll agree, is the best advertisement.

our junior suite was very big and roomy. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and professionalism of the staff. From the very beginning the staff were very helpful and nice. The buffet had variety of food and we used the buffet many times as well as many restaurants on the property. We also participated in many activities that Riu offered and we also enjoyed Pepe's cafe by the pool. Overall great experience.

The mattress was terrible, it was old and sinking down. Overall the bedding looked old including the mattress, bed sheets etc.
