There are a lot of pros and cons to this resort. I’ll start by saying it took about an hour to get there from PVR. It’s very secluded so there is no walking to be done outside the resort. When we got there the staff didn’t seem too friendly. Didn’t look up and greet us for a few minutes. After checking in they gave us our keys with no explanation of where our room was or how to get there, so we were left to figure out how to get all our bags and our toddler to our room. No explanation of the ground or how to get around. There are LOTS of steep hills so getting anywhere on property you have to wait for a golf cart. But everyone else is waiting as well, with no one to regulate who is next. Our room was beautiful and a very nice view. There was a wooden balcony that we didn’t realize till the day after a huge thunder and lightning strom that two of the slates were rotted and came off after my husband touched them. Scary to think of what could have happened if my 3 year old had fallen. The pools were also beautiful and well maintained although if visiting in a weekend try to get up early and save a seat or you will be out of luck. There are 3 restaurants 2 with buffets. Pretty good food for an all inclusive, but nothing to brag about. The one restaurant you have to make a reservation for on the marriot experience app (which also no one explained to us upon checking in) was very good and a fun experience. But hard to get a spot.

We liked the variety of pools however, there not maintained well. Overall property is poorly kept up, dirty not enough stafff to keep up with the amount of peoples needs. The beach area was small not enough sitting the area was disgusting we had to sit by there drainage system awful sewage stinch.

For our first time here The property need to improved in their costumer service. The front desk are terrible . I been in the hospitality industry for the past 15yrs and they dont even welcome you Alwasy on a rushed and mad Limited transportation not recommended if you have kids or for older people. Restroom were dirty. The room that was assigned , we walked.in with stool in the bathroom floor and dirty restroom The sheets were stained with blood. Floor and walls were dirty. The outlook of the room is beautiful but poor maintance. First and last time

Our experience at the Delta Hotel in Nayarit was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout our stay exceeded all expectations. A special shoutout to Raul from the restaurant – his attention to detail, professionalism, and kind demeanor truly made our dining experiences memorable. We also want to recognize the entertainment team, who kept the energy high and made every day fun with engaging activities and shows for all ages. Lastly, we are so grateful for the lifesavers at the pool. Their presence made us feel safe and relaxed as we enjoyed the beautiful pool areas. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
