Pretty much everything is on site, don't have to leave, but plenty of fun things to do in PV. No nearby shops or restaurants. People that work there are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. Long open beach to walk along.

I greatly enjoyed the property and the dining. It was a bit frustrating that I had upgraded my room to have a king bed but when we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded by the property but we ended up with 2 double beds instead of one king. Other than that, everything was great and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.

We had an amazing ocean front view. Our suite was clean and very spacious. We found the buffet food and hours of operation to be great. All restaurants were very satisfactory. Every night they had activities for all to enjoy. Will definitely be back!

The best thing going for this hotel is"Marco" the best Concierge we have had the pleasure and we have been to Mexico now 55 times. On the other side of the coin the main family pool was hard to get in and out unless you went to the other side and walked through the whole pool So we spent our time (Two weeks} at the adult pool which was just fine

There was alot to love about this property the staff, pools, drinks, cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to the 10th floor with an ocean view, absolutely beautiful. The room soundproofing isn't great very easy to hear your neighbors. The food at this resort needs an overhaul, everything seemed to be over cooked. Only 1 of the reservation restaurants was open - The Grill not good very overcooked, meat was very tough and shrimp was rubber. However, I will return to this resort because the pools are that good.

I liked the guest room check in for Expedia patrons, beverages and food and could book 5 a-la-Carts, which can be difficult at these resorts The food was excelllent, staff helpful, kind polite. Great room a day late though! Which was inconvenient. I would recommend this resort to my friends.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. They had some of the best resort food. I’ve had. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was in a wheelchair and I had no problem getting around the resort at all because they had everything with access for people unable to walk.

Stayed for 7 night with 3 other families. Rooms had mold, smelled nasty, bedding was wet, no towels until you ask few times. We made a complain to be transferred to another room and we’re transferred after 2 days - same condition - front door was very loose, bathroom door was not opening from inside, shower had a mold. We all had allergy and nausea due to mold exposure, the little one threw up for two nights. Outside of the building was beautiful but limited pool/beach chairs, dirty buffet plates, limited food for kids. This hotel has no customer service. Contacted to Expedia today and file complains, the girl over the phone informed we will receive $457 one key cash compensation, I just checked my email and saw they transferred $180 one key cash. I thought at least Expedia could take care of the situation but very disappointed. Overall we spend a good time only because of the people we traveled with. Otherwise works booking experience we have ever made.

My experience overall was great. The food, in my opinion, was amazing. The mexican food that was available at the buffet was overall satisfying. While I personally would have preferred more mexican cuisine. I understand the various cuisine options. The reason why I did not give this place a 5 star was due to the lack of transportation from and to the airport. Also, upon arrival, we didn't have change or smaller bills. Therefore, we tipped the baggage porter what we could at that moment. Only to hear him cussing up a storm outside. Very unprofessional. While I was tempted to address this, I figured it was best to enjoy our stay and not let someone that petty ruined our stay. Shout out to Javier, who got promoted from the buffet to the Mexican restaurant. Congratulations, my friend. Also, thank you to the ladies who helped during our arrival.

The Food left a lot to be desired, The Service good with the exception of the front desk , Quite a few of them need more customer service training, The Altitude and VIP Check in people and service were Excellent!!! And lastly the Extremely way to loud and Late Music will make us Choose differently next trip .
