At best inconsistent hot water in room, which went unaddressed over course of 5-night stay. Housekeeping did not exchange used glasses/cups or replenish coffee, tea, or even toilet paper (and one day didn't even come into the room). Staff were otherwise courteous/professional, and facilities were otherwise fine. Shuttle bus to various locales was convenient, if not on a particular timetable.

Booking a room is a slow process that has to be done on line even though we were sitting in the reception area of the hotel. we cancelled our room very soon after booking and received a text that it had been cancelled yet I was charged $104.77 and $69.39, not sure why. I would like that money refunded either from the Hyatt or Expedia.

Great room, clean facilities, convenient shuttle to Old City. Only downside you need to know is that on cruise ship arrival / departure days, the hotel lobby and luggage storage areas are *packed* and you'll have to wait with your suitcases until check-in time. This is really unfortunate if you want to explore the city instead of the lobby. As such, I cannot recommend this hotel on cruise days.
