I stay at this hotel was OK. I love the location as it was very walkable and had many restaurants and stores that were nearby. However, the room I feel like was not worth the price paid as the sofa bed was highly uncomfortable. It’s compared to other ones that I have had in previous cities the partial ocean view is barely any view after waiting for the room for about an hour as it still wasn’t ready, I would’ve expected it to be cleaner and to have had sheets on the bed. They also charge a $45 resort fee that they say you can use for the restaurant there but the food is very overpriced and hardly will cover anything you’ll get there so it ends up going to waste. I will say it is nice that they provide umbrellas and beach chairs for you to go to Condado Beach that is nearby. However you’ll have to get there early so that all the umbrellas are not taken. It’s only about 12 minutes from the airport, which is also very convenient. I would stay at this hotel again, but would probably not pay for a suite again.

The location was great. I didn't like the more than extra hidden fees for things i didn't have an option on choosing or deciding and the $25 nightly fee for self parking, i have stay in Condado in other places where they provided valet parking at no cost to me , just optional gratuity.
