The staff was nice and we were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in. The property is undergoing renovation and at times it was noisy. The room only had 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels, no drinking glasses.

The room was tiny, without any windows that could even be slightly opened (also not in the bathroom). There was not even a small refrigerator in the room. Our room was only cleaned once in 6 days (we had to ask them repeatedly). Everytime we asked the ladies cleaning the rooms for anything (towles, toilet paper etc)

Todo muy limpio y cómodo, pero la máquina de hielo estaba dañada, no habían opciones como nevera o hielera en las habitaciones. Para lograr conseguir aunque fuese agua fria, tenía que ser en el lobby. Creo que al menos la máquina de hielo es algo en lo que deben mejorar. Ya que en las noches los lugares cercanos cierran, reduciendo la posibilidad de encontrar bebidas frías.

The property was under renovations. It will be a nice hotel when completed . Did not like the fact that air condition shut off 15 minutes before check out when it’s extremely hot outdoors. Front desk Staff was extremely nice and helpful but cleaning staff was not friendly and did not clean room after I had requested. Overall I would stay again after renovations.

The room was nice but it didn’t get cleaned during our stay. We asked why and were told cleaning happens every 2 days, which is disappointing. Also, the front desk staff were not very attentive or welcoming.

Room service doesn’t come until the the third night of your stay. I had to request clean towels and rags and wait very long to receive them. No phone in the room to call down . You have to go to the front desk for everything which they do have someone 24hours! Our toilet overflow and they handed me the plugger and had me clean it up. I even reached out to management and nothing was done.

Solo travelled and the area was pretty safe, good coffee shop below and easy access to nearby beaches and you can get Ubers easily as well. Bathroom was small and no views in the room but good staff.
