We enjoyed the location and the historic ambiance. The only problem was getting in when we got there. The store at street level has the keys and was not visibly associated with the hotel

Pros: LOCATION, Decent pricing, Room has A/C, Manager, Veronica, is EXTREMELY responsive and so so nice, Bed and pillows were comfortable, Room has a mini fridge, Very spacious with Huge closet Cons: There is no elevator. Not handicapped accessible. No television in the room, No other furniture in the room besides 2 side tables I reserved a Romantic Room (has the Juliette Balcony that faces de la Fortaleza). I made my reservation through Expedia. Upon check in I was advised that the price given was for a standard room and not the Romantic which is more. The price difference was only about $15, so I paid the extra, but I felt that the price quoted should have been honored. There is no staff on site, so you check in at the souvenir shop located directly below on the ground level. The room was very clean except for the floor which was a little gritty. They provide basic toiletries of soap, shampoo and conditioner. However, in the shower, there is no where to sit your products except for the floor. No soap dish but the shower itself was heaven. If you are coming for a one or two night stay, this place will definitely do. Or if you don't mind living out of your suitcases if you stay longer you will have no issues. As mentioned, there are no other place for storage besides the closet which has about a dz hangers. There is a nice courtyard area where you can sit and dine or just enjoy the weather. Location is A .

Si agua caliente

Para nosotros el tener agua caliente es muy importante, así que fue decepcionante en ese sentido. Buena localización, bonito el edificio aunque con algunos detalles como puertas de balcón que no habré bien, closet sin iluminación, check in en otro local.
