We very much liked the area of Condado and the lobby of the hotel was beautiful however the pools had tiles missing, there was moldy water in one of them- a dog was brought in to swim by one guest and staff did nothing to remove him. the outlets in our room didn't work and the shower had mold.

I took my friends that stayed at another hotel to dinner at Levant, the receptionist told me I needed to add my guest to my hotel reservation to go to the restaurant and they ended adding 12 guest to my room, they didn’t want to remove them the next day and charged me $30 per person for 12 people for three days!! I told the manager of the mistake and instead of fixing the problem he added an extra $90 dollars for leaving my luggage at the concierge while I ate the last day!! Abuse of power and authority!! Never again… DONT STAY AT LA CONCHA

Modern and clean hotel. Lobby is great, bar was excellent. Rooms could use some updating but still nice. Food options are good as well, everything we tried was tasty. Pool and beach were nice and clean. Only thing is staff could be friendlier but overall great experience.

La Concha was a Beautiful hotel 10/10 for Aesthetics, I booked the partial ocean view and it was perfect, I wanted a Balcony access instead a of a Juliette balcony for Ocean View. My room was perfect it had a living room area with a nice couch and Big TV small fridge coffee maker and bar area and dimmable lights, the bathroom was nice with seperate private toilet, nice size shower and vanity was spacious with drawers and counter space. The closet had robes, room for like 6-7 hangers, like 3 shelves, a safe, and a long mirror. We were able to adjust the AC as needed. The bedroom was a nice comfortable size with the Big TV and had a extra closet for luggage and iron board with iron. Bedroom also led into the balcony which was a beautiful view, I loved everything about it! The lobby was beautiful good for pics and bar had music it was a vibe, the pool areas were soo nice and many options and staff was really helpful and nice. There is a small coffee shop with yummy coffee and bakery options. We went to Levant for Dinner one night and food was Yummy! Bring your coins for the restaurant as it was pricey but its upscale and worth it! We did not go to the casino as we do not gamble we also did not go to the spa but it looked really nice. All in all amazing stay no complaints!

The best mistake I ever made! This wasn’t the original resort I wanted to book but boy am I glad I did! 3 poolside bars, 3 infinity pools, 2 hidden jacuzzis and the ocean view balcony suite was to die for!! Hands down one of the best places to vacation in San Juan!! Staff is amazing! One thing u will say is keep your room key visible while strolling through the resort.
