First thing first the hotel is beautiful from the inside and the view are breathtaking, but the Big no for me was the additional charges! They did not tell you about those charges! Everything was expensive! Everything was supposed to already be in the package! This was not it for me. Next we had asked for house keeping and she said that yeah I’ll clean after I’m done in here and we were like okay that’s fine! 2 hours pass and nothing, she did not end up coming. The outside Is not so clean and pretty but wtv. To be honest I will never stay in this hotel ever again. Yeah it’s pretty but it was just not it for me especially those extra charges! If you have money than it won’t be a big deal for you but when you’re in a budget and you are not aware of those additional charges it’s just a big no!

The young man that checked us in did it quickly explained very little. Some of the lights did not work in the room. Couldn't control AC, either it ran the whole time or we had to turn it off because it got to cold. Hard to open balcony door. All the staff was polite and most were helpful. Ridiculous to get into their 58 club unless you spent a ridiculous amount 2 people = $1000.00 should have given that info on the website. Food was decent but over priced

I would come here on a Thursday to Saturday, as every other day if the week is dead. The drinks are too expensive. I had to reply on buying my own bottle. The room service is incredibly expensive. I spent $50 per meal for just myself alone. The staff was pleasant, but the front desk rarely answers the phone. If you lose something don't expect it back. I lost a white clothing and an eating by the pool. Boo one was helpful in helping to find it. It was the same for my family member. She lost a dress in her room and never saw it again. I would rate this place an overal 6.5. The amount of money you spent is not the experience and service provided.

So beautiful I would come back. Hopefully all the renovations will be done haha but other than that I had a good time. They should have an all inclusive package at the same price though like other Caribbean islands. I loved loved loved the pools and jacuzzi !!
