We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful with multiple pools by the beach to enjoy and relax. I received a wonderful experience at the spa. Guided tours through the hotel are overpriced. We decided to book tours with locals instead. The food provided by room service is not as good as the restaurant food.
