I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, it was not what I expected for the price. The overall condition of the room was disappointing — the ceiling lamp was broken, the bathroom door felt cheap, and the refrigerator was placed inside a piece of furniture that looked poorly put together. The entrance to the hotel is very small, not at all what I had imagined. The beach area is also not swimmable, which was a big letdown. Housekeeping service was slow; my room was not cleaned for two days, and when they did clean, it took a very long time. The only thing I truly loved was the ocean view from my room. It was beautiful and definitely the highlight of my stay. Overall, I don’t think this hotel is worth the price.

I visit Puerto Rico often for business and decided to try the Condado Ocean Club for the first time. Unfortunately, it will also be the last. The staff were consistently unprofessional — lazy, unpresentable, and showing very little interest in assisting guests. Customer service was extremely poor, from check-in to day-to-day interactions. At a property that promotes itself as stylish and upscale, this level of service is completely unacceptable. There are far better hotels on the island where hospitality and professionalism are actually taken seriously. I cannot recommend this hotel.
