The front dest rep was stoned or on some sort of drugs and completely out of it. It took him like 25 minutes to check us in and when we asked for a blanket, he wanted to charge us for it. The room was right next to the night club where you could hear the super loud music making it impossible to sleep or rest. We prayed for it to close which it did at 1 am. There was also no hot water; it was barely lukewarm. Even the shampoo and soap at the hotel were terrible quality. The room had no window. The photos of the room have nothing to do with reality - the room is old and tiny with almost nothing in it. All in all, one of the worst stays we’ve had.

My stay at Urbana Hotel was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent and the staff made me feel truly welcomed. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a memorable stay.

Yes on both accounts. If guests ask for a place to eat the staff should recommend the Thai restaurant 3/10 of a mile away. Easy walk and most importantly excellent food at good prices and the staff was amazing!!!

the room is very very small. There is a piece of gum on the light above the night stand. Very noisy. Pillow is very uncomfortable. No elevator at all so you need to walk up the stairs.
