I had difficulties from the get go. First hotel Calma Poshtel had no parking or access to a parking and I'm stoll waiting to hear about my refund. Second property was beautiful, but first room had water leaking, second room was just temporary until 3rd room was available next day. 3rd room had no running water from the night until all day following.

At first I was terrified about the area and did not feel safe. Then there’s my code to the entrance did not work but the representative that I spoke to every time I had an issue he was so professional and sooo amazing at what he does!!! He took care of everything I complained about… first it was the code then the first room they gave me was sooo closed in and I had to explain to him that I suffer from anxiety and depression and have been going through a lot and this is why I took this short vacation just get a break and there wasn’t no small fridge or microwave or closet or dresser and I felt sooo trapped. Also no elevator which was so inconvenient because we had to go to the third floor with our luggage’s and so I called him and told him that I couldn’t stay there for all these reasons and he took care of me and moved me to a lovely floor and room. I loved it!!! Very beautiful and clean and everything is so close and convenient but then my toilet was getting clogged but then it started working. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re staying for a short vacay or trip. The representative made everything perfect for my daughter and I. Very very professional and understanding and well mannered. So thank you for making my stay perfect with all you did!!!

This was a self check in hotel, the check in was at 3pm and around 2:30 I got instructions with the information to be able to access the location. The neighbor hood wasn’t the greatest, I didn’t feel safe walking there , but the price was very affordable.

The place is really beautiful and modern, the house is very comfy, the AC was working perfectly. Only downside is parking which we had to park nearly one block away. But overall it was great.

Not a lot of parking spots. Especially on Friday nights since the bars and clubs are walking distance. Just be careful and read the signs so you don’t get a ticket!

It was a good stay but the room was very small. It was very limited parking. We never got the codes to use the microwave the air fryer in the fridge. And when we tried to reach out to staff they never got back.
