So from the beginning of my stay I was sent a welcome text with all the information, when i arrived to the hotel i was trying to get in for 30 mins and could get in using the code sent to me so we called and when they answered we were on the phone for a while and the person was unsure of what was happening until he asked us what hotel number were we trying to open and we told him and he said no it’s this number but yet the text message had said another number he apologized and we went into our room after trying to get in for 35-40 mins then we went in the room everything was super cute and small which we were expecting but there was no mini fridge no water also when we went to shower there was no soap. We also noticed a brown stain on the wall which we assume is poop spread on the fall or a dead bug that was killed but never clean. we decided to sleep in the next day a bit so we decided not to do the house keeping they supposedly offer so we requested it at 7 am the day of the cleaning as the welcome text had said we must send the message before 9 am we left the hotel thinking we were going to get a cleaning and arrived at the property and 7 pm and no cleaning was done or soap was given even though i requested this through the text so i proceed to constancy the property and no answer after 4-5 missed calls. I called expedia and they let me know they were also unable to reach out to the property then I decided to give it another go the next day sending them a message at 8 am
