Unbeatable! Being just steps from everything made our trip so easy and fun. One huge bonus: there's a parking lot! (Trust me, that’s gold around here.) And don’t even get me started on the food—Misfit Kitchen, the food truck on the property, was ridiculously delicious. And just a short walk away, El Mex restaurant totally stole the show—another must-try! Bottom line: if you're thinking about staying here, stop thinking and just book it. It's an amazing spot all the way around.

The apartment we stayed at was spacious and clean, secured property and convienient location. The office staff was excellemt. The only complain that we have is that there was a potent smell of dead fish on the stair way.

My family and I had an excellent stay recently at San Augustin Apartments. The staff was cheerful and helpful and the living area was incredibly spacious, much better than a regular hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for a week with two other friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to Old San Juan and Balneario del Escambrón Beach (around 15 minutes each). There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. If that would be an issue, I would recommend finding a different accommodation in Newer San Juan.

The staff was very friendly and would answer all my questions. The area around the property was outdated but inside the apartment was nicer. The water pressure for the shower was not the best. They have narrow hallways. There are no elevators so you have to climb up to your apartment through the stairs. There is only AC in the rooms. Not the kitchen nor the living room. I would stay again if this place was in a different location. Overall, what made this experience was the very friendly staff. They really try to accommodate you and make you feel welcomed.

Extremely loud music directly across the street from the property. Music was bladting until 4am. Luck we had a room towards the back of the property. Understand that it's our of their control, just annoying. Otherwise the place was clean, service was great.

The apt the basic necessities. The front desk was the best. My major issue was the warehouse type club accross. It played techno music until 0600, make it impossible to sleep. Parking was tight some nights. We could not make ice, because there were no trays. The living room couch was really old and thin. We placed pillows to make it more comfortable. We had AC in the bedrooms. We walked to old San Juan many times, so the location was ok
