We loved everything about this hotel from the decor, friendly staff, outdoor amenities and comfy bed. Great views from the rooftops with jacuzzi's and stone baths on them. Can't wait to return to PR to stay there again.

If you’re looking to stay in the heart of Old San Juan then I would recommend staying here. My room was upgraded with a balcony with the view of El Morro. There are 3 hot tubs on one roof and 4 stone baths on the other roof, both opened 24/7. This hotel has 2 elevators. This was actually my 2nd time staying in this hotel, when I visit PR again it’ll definitely be my third.

Perfect location and walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. We were able to walk to our cruise port from the hotel. The rooftop was an added bonus and great place to relax in the evenings. Would 100% recommend!

La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Desde que llegamos todo fue un desastre. El agua caliente NO funcionaba, el personal fue completamente indiferente, nunca nos dieron solución ni nos cambiaron de habitación. La limpieza brilló por su ausencia: la habitación estaba sucia desde el primer día y en ningún momento la limpiaron. El servicio al cliente es pésimo, pareciera que a nadie le importa nada. Nos sentimos completamente ignorados y estafados. No vale lo que cuesta ni de lejos. No lo recomiendo NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO. Deberían cerrar este lugar.
