We stayed at Condado Ocean Club for seven days to celebrate our eight-year anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to Dylan he went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful ocean-view king room that we could never have afforded on our own. Thank you so much, Dylan we love you! You made our anniversary extra special. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was breathtaking relaxing there every day felt like paradise. We loved that everything was Oceanside from the pool to the restaurants nearby and the ones right inside the hotel. The Sandbox was definitely our favorite spot; it stole our hearts with its views, food, and atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent our room was always spotless, and anytime we needed something, they took care of it right away. Since we’re not from Puerto Rico, the staff were kind enough to recommend local places to eat, explore, and enjoy. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back for more beautiful views, great vibes, and amazing service. Highly recommend Condado Ocean Club for anyone looking for an adults-only getaway in San Juan! ASK FOR DYLAN WE LOVE UUU JESS AND EDDIE

I thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip to San Juan. I stumbled across this boutique hotel while searching on Expedia. I’m glad I chose it as it was beautiful, clean, smelled amazing, and the staff was nice and helpful. It is walkable to other hotels, spas, restaurants, beaches, and bars. The ocean view was breaktaking. The pool area was on the smaller side but beautiful and inviting. I ate at Social for breakfast two mornings, the food and service was fast and amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

The property was nice, the food was good. Sometimes the security and bartenders would and pick and choose who to service or enforce rules on. One of the pictures they have on the site needs to come down because the area passed the infinity pool doesn’t look like that anymore. The hotel doesn’t give access to the beach because there’s nothing but rocks, coral and debris that came from the ocean there now. At least one staff member explained that it wasn’t there a while back. If the hotel doesn’t plan on having the rocks, coral and debris removed then it’s false advertisement. The gift shop practices extortion! Prices are wayyyy too high for the things in there. We went to Old San Juan and found similar items for a fraction of the price! The front desk and valet staff were a great help! There was a lot within walking distance. There was a lot of places you can actually go on was within walking distance. There were a few nice activities you could do within walking distance. Old San Juan was nothing but a 10 min drive. Old San Juan had a lot of local places to visit as well as familiar chain stores so the hotel is located in a very convenient location.

Room was decent but not cleaned until after 430pm, beach was washed out/inaccessible. Pool area was more like a nightclub of 18 year olds than an adults only hotel. Staff was very nice and hospitable. Breakfast was VERY expensive as I got the $24 scramble vs my wife’s two eggs and home fries with a side of bacon for $19, so I got half the amount of bacon and a slice of cheese for $5 more. Make that make sense.
