The room didn't have hot water. They said they were going to fix it, but they didn't. Also, the room service food is terrible. I ordered a fruit platter and the fruit was old and mushy. The rest of the food is frozen that they just heat up. It was pretty disgusting.

Rooms were not clean, day of leaving wanted to charge us for holding bags, when other couples were not getting charged. Prices were so expensive . Air ducts had so much dirt and filth in them . Mold in coffee pot in room.
