Drinks at the pool bar were good. Didn’t like finding roaches and mold in my room as soon as I checked in. Had to get another room . Luckily there weren’t anymore the rest of the trip but I thought the Hilton was supposed to be known for their quality and cleanliness. Overall the stay was a disappointment and I well look for other accommodation when going to Puerto Rico.

Beginning staff was excellent. Desk member Mehia, could not be bothered. One word answers, cutting you off, and seemed to be angry you are even speaking to her. 75% of our group are smokers. No where on the listing did it say that it was a NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Having to leave and go out by the parking lot was not what was expected. Having security approach and tell us to leave, when vaping and weed is being smoked by others around the pool area. understood that smoking in the rooms and inside the facility is not allowed, we are outside on a beach. Away from others. We would not have booked this location if known.

The location is great but the property is poorly maintain , most of the lounge chairs were stain and fabric broken, staff would be pressure cleaning the area with clorox while the guest were around not to safe, they did not leave the water in the room as is expected you will have to go down to the lobby and wait the line to get the water, our room was not done the first day and not clean towels on that day, I definitely expected more form a Hyat Hotel

Overall nice and friendly place. The ice machine on our floor did not work. My husband had to go to other floors for ice. The vending machine by our room also did not work. Good food at the restaurants on site. We ate at Morton’s for our anniversary and the staff there were so nice. Pool areas are great. The incidentals are priced a bit high at 100/night. Review your charges after checking out. Over all I would stay there again.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was located on the beach and the pool was lovely. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. The service everywhere else was OK but underperformed for a Hilton. They said they would text us when the room was ready. They did not. We were charged 50 dollar a day amenity that was not made clear on expedia. We had to wait in line for water everytime we wanted it rather than have the cleaning staff put it in the refrigerator each day. What were we paying extra for? They could not provide a printed receipt only email as paper jammed. I had to request an emailed receipt again because I did not receive it timely. Finally, I suggest a happy hour on property as other hotels have.

My stay was absolutely perfect and will be coming back in the future for sure. The only thing was the outlet connected to the night stand wasn’t working but that was not a big deal at all as their was many outlets to use throughout the room.

I would have enjoyed my stay more if they didn't have air conditioning in the room that made a loud "click click" everytime it cycled on or off. This was every few minutes and made sleep very difficult. I overheard other guests complaining so I dont think it was just me being sensitive.

The room was nice and somewhat clean. Quite a bit of experience charges, for maybe the beach furniture on the property, not sure. The receipt is not very clear, but the desk person did mention a $100 a night being held on the card. I was charged $333, on top of what I already paid for the room. Other than the room taxes the other charges are still unclear.
