The room was an OK condition. Unfortunately our air conditioner wasn’t working. They had people work on. They did their best. We requested to change rooms which they were going to accommodate next day. The main thing I would say is, if you’re going in here for a vacation or have a chance to rest at night time do not go. They have no restrictions or sound ordinance rules and they let their weddings and parties go until 3 AM in the morning and it doesn’t matter if you’re on the third floor or the fifth floor since it’s on the second floor of the building you hear it all night long and don’t sleep at all. In addition to that, this is a very common place to have weddings and parties and so from Friday through Tuesday they had one every night. If you want any sleep, do not go here.

The staff is amazing from the moment you arrive. Exceptional service is the name of the game at the Vanderbilt. As you go to the pool or the beach you have staff ready to prepare your chair. After you return for the day the staff has your bed turned down & ready for you. Accommodations are truly 5 star as well.
