Where do I start??? The staff were patient, courteous and incredibly warm and welcoming. The service was superb. The restaurants were fantastic, the pools were amazing, the beach was peaceful. The rooms were impeccable and had everything needed. There were restaurants, convenience stores, liquor stores and all you need within 2-3 blocks. The spa... OMG... I had the Hamman and regular massages, totally exceded my expectaions and I get weekly massages! You would be insane to not book this hotel. 1000 stars!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the ocean and having the beach just steps away felt like paradise. The beaches were clean, beautiful, and never overcrowded, making it easy to relax. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The restaurants offered delicious food with plenty of variety, and the bar was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. The pools were stunning, well-maintained, and provided both lively and quiet options depending on the mood. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping our room spotless and refreshed daily. The only downside was the additional fees, but honestly, the overall experience made it worth every penny. This is the kind of place you want to come back to again and again—I highly recommend it!

The property was relaxing, clean, and staff were really friendly and helpful. I only wish that if I paid for ocean view, I had a full ocean view. My balcony was on the side so it wasn't truly facing the ocean. It was a really nice hotel I truly loved the food however wasn't too thrilled with the food from STK which was a $300 bill when we added the tip. We had a issue with the ice machine making this noise off and on and the tv in the bedroom appeared to be going up however during check out we were provided a discount on the food that we charged to our room which was really nice. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
