The stay was ok but it had roaches in room the staff really act like they didn’t care they just gave me the resort fee back the hotel is very outdated but it does has great outdoor things like the pools and the swim up bar overpriced old smelling mildew dirty carpet in the hall way no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was in the bathroom which was very tacky to me.

Pool and adjoining public beach very nice and comfortable. Had multiple issues with first room. They had mistakenly checked us in before we got there. Our room was near staircase. Security would come through every hour and the door would slam, shaking the walls and waking us up. Second afternoon, returned to room to find massive puddle in room due to ac leaking. Fixed that quickly, then realized our clothes were infested by ants coming out of the walls. Changed our room after we requested. It was good after that. Great location and pool. Subpar for rooms and elevator service.

For the price it’s not what we expected. We arrived Jan 1 2026 @ 10pm extremely tired from traveling. Front desk personnel very nice & professional however the front ocean view room we paid for was not available because they were sold out. I was told I can have another room city view for the night and next day they will try to get ocean view room. Didn’t get that phone call to transfer to ocean view room until 4pm the next day. The rooms have no microwave so if you have left over food you can’t warm it up. The rooms are very outdated. Including Bathrooms. There is rusted all over shower & sink area. Showers glass are not clean properly and our room was clean 1 night out of the 5 days. When you call front desk they put you on hold for over 10 minutes. Had to constantly ask for enough towels. We were guest of 4. It’s unbelievable they charge for parking $238.00 & all kinds of extra tax fees.

There are occasional items that reveal a slightly thread-bare tendency. A dab of paint here, a washed or painted wall, or other minor stuff that could spruce up the place just a tiny bit and make it completely feel like a 4-star establishment. For example our safe was either broken or needed a battery. Not a big deal but letting the small stuff go can lead to bigger issues later

Overall it was good, I liked the room, the view, and the amenities at the facility. Hotel Condado is in a good location close to shops and things to see/do, and the beach is great! The hotel shows some age but has been well maintained and remodeled over the years The reason I am lowering the overall is that there were some gross stains on the mattress protector in our room when I pulled back the bottom sheet. Was not a great discovery near the last day of my trip

Disappointing stay — not worth the price We arrived on January 1st and were informed our reserved ocean-view room was unavailable due to overbooking. We were placed in another room and promised priority the next day, but after multiple inquiries our room wasn’t ready until the evening due to poor communication between management and housekeeping. When we finally received it, the room was not properly cleaned. The hotel is outdated, elevators and security key access do not work consistently, valet parking is slow and understaffed, and several amenities are unusable. The gym equipment and laundry machines do not work, forcing guests to use the adjoining hotel. The $27 breakfast buffet is not worth the price and lacks customer service (except for the egg station attendant). We were also told the breakfast vouchers given as “compensation” are provided to all guests. The buffet itself is located at the adjoining hotel — which honestly would have been the better place to stay. Overall, poor service, broken amenities, and inadequate compensation made this a frustrating stay.
