This hotel should not have the Hilton name. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in any country. No maid service for the entire stay. The room was dirty and the electrical fixtures did not work. I will visit Puerto Rico again but I will not stay in that Hilton hotel again.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful. Sandra at front desk was amazing and so were restaurant, concierge and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Only had a negative encounter with Daisy at the front desk who was not too willing to assist and was rude. Food was delicious and they even have a Starbucks next door although I highly recommend breakfast at the hotel.
