Unfortunately, the water pressure in the bathroom sink in our room was horrible and took a long time for water to get warm or hot. Do not like refrigerator in bathroom. Rooms need to be upgraded. As for the staff, they were great. Restaurant closed for some reason.

We were very unhappy with our room. The next morning we stopped at the front desk to let them know and was offered a different room which was okay except it did not have a chair to sit in; we were told we would get one but it never came. The hotel is getting ready for a massive renovation and some of the amenities were closed such as the restaurant. they have two elevators and one was broken upon our arrival and the next day both of the lobby elevators were broken. We were forced to use the elevator outside for the pool. I would like to see the hotel again once it's been renovated because it is a Grand hotel.

The property was in a very nice location. The staff was mostly very kind and serviceable. There was one pool bar waiter who said, "I don't get paid enough to serve when it is raining." On a couple of days, the elevator was not working properly. It would constantly skip the 9th floor. In order to get it to come up, I had to press both the up and down buttons. Other than those two issues, a great time was had. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Kimberly at the pool bar is a rockstar.

I liked the pool area and the fact that it was food on the property, and they also had a microwave on the property for our convenience. What I didn’t like was the refrigerator and closet space in the bathroom and the balcony only had one chair and it was dirty and old

they need people to clean the lobby and rooms. very careless. not enough staff to focus on important area. the elevator didn’t work only 1 elevator and especially on the weekend when it was busy. the building needs to be renovated it’s falling apart . i won’t stay there again until they renovate.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. I was switched from one room because another guest was able to get into my room. The room I was moved to the TV didn’t work. And there was no dial tone on the phone! It was the worst hotel I’ve ever had!!!!!

Loved the hotel. Everyone there was great. Very helpful if needed. Good location. You share a beach with a public but with hotel security on the hotels side. Nice pools with bar. Hottub also.
