Do not stay here, no matter what! Costa Bahia hotel I recently stayed at Costa Bahia Hotel in Puerto Rico, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and uncomfortable beds. The cleanliness was subpar, and I encountered issues with pests during my stay. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. The amenities advertised were either unavailable or in such poor condition that they were unusable. Overall, I would not recommend Costa Bahia Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Puerto Rico. During our stay, we were unable to reach the manager, Oscar, despite several attempts to contact him. No resolution or compensation was provided to address the issue. Daily services to the room were also not provided. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I walked through the hotel, a foul odor hit me like a wall. The lobby was dimly lit and tiny, and stained carpets that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. When I finally reached my room, the situation only worsened. The bed sheets were threadbare and had suspicious stains,bathroom needed some cleaning, and the air conditioner never get cold so it was impossible to sleep. The parking system is hard... breakfast is impossible when you have 6 ppl waiting to used one little toaster,ice machine in only two floor is inconvenient, security need it especially at night by the parking garage and not available to have a late check out was not good for me.

I checked out within hours of checking in. The room stinks, desk phone to call front desk didn’t even had a tone broken, no towels only one for 4 people. Bad attitude and no intention in help us. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay.

While this property has so much potential, the cleanliness and safety issues out way any good positives. While the view and convenience from the hotel were great. Me and my guest left with bed bugs, dirty towels, dirty sheets, stained couch, no house keeping, and orange slices plus coffee for breakfast everyday. I do not recommended this hotel to anyone save yourself the trouble. Urgent care is not fun nor cheap!

This is my second time staying here & it’s honestly my favorite hotel to stay at because it’s near everything I need to be close to. The room was very clean, staff made sure I had everything in my room I needed, the hot tub was an extra bonus as well. Of course, how I could I forget the balcony…the balcony is always where I clear my head at either in the morning or at night.

Only two positive things are the view and the staff. Beautiful view from the rooms and staff was overall friendly. Parking is a hot mess. Instructions are not clear to which parking to use and we weren't told it was included when we checked in so we ended up paying one day. We were told when we checked out that the parking was included and all we needed was to validate the ticket. We ended up paying $44 in 2 days. The shower clogged and we told the lady at the front desk and they didn't do anything to fix it. The sofa had a big questionable stain so we didn't seat there at all. The bed sheet also had a stain. The shower curtain had mold so it is embarassing that this hotel wouldn't care about cleanness and decent presentation for the guests. The reviews here are misleading trying to deviate from the reality of the reality of this hotel. Google maps was more truthful. I was worried when I read those reviews but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. It was a very awful experience and will definitely not be staying here again.

The hotel has a nice view but if you find roaches that is a sign of bad cleanliness, we found roaches in the bathroom and even in the bed while you were in bed. There is no parking for the hotel and they offer parking very far away of where the hotel is. They could have a fantastic place if they correct those discrepancies.
