Very noisy all night long. No housekeeping to speak of. Only came twice on our week stay and didn’t empty trash or clean floor. No blow dryer or gym as advertised. No restaurant on site even though breakfast was included. No pool or beach access.

The place says rooms are soundproof which is totally false. We got very little sleep due to noise inside and out of hotel. At times it sounded like a raceway and other times like they were tearing down the building and of course partygoers and this was pretty much every night from 11 at night to 6 in the morning. Housekeeping only came twice during our 5 night stay and I had to go to get towels etc and then they didn’t empty trash or vacuum the floors. Breakfast was included but they don’t have a restaurant on premises. It wasn’t far but if bad weather you wouldn’t be able to get food. No gym or blow dryer as advertised. Very disappointed in the Bahia. I didn’t notice when I booked they had no pool or easy access to beach. My fault but I made an assumption due to the previous Bahia I stayed in at Punta Cana. I plan on making more trips to Puerto Rico but I will never stay at the Bahia again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Smelled horrible, humid, the carpet was wet, floor was full of dirt, my room was dirty, there was a box of pizza in the microwave with mold. The elevator didn’t work most of the time and we got stuck in it 1 time. I hated it. Never staying there again. The parking is so inconvenient as well. Horrible experience.

This property needs to be shut down like the rest of buildings around it. When it’s time to let go it’s just time to let go they are literally holding on by a thread the rooms are so moist it feels like everything is wet all the time it smells like old mildew we had to go to Walmart to get fr breeze and candles just to be able to feel like we weren’t breathing in mold we asked for a room change because of the situation she never got back with us the fridge leaks the air vents leaks gets water all over the floor the lamp shades have mold on them , the elevator stays broke .. they need to have the health dept in there honestly cause I know it should be shut down only convenient thing is tbey are close to everything Uber takes less then 8 mins to get you where you need to go and the hot breakfast was okay but it was down the street inside a restaurant DONT STAY HERE I promise you will be disappointed oh the staff was nice lol
