We received a call at 3pm informing us that the room was ready ..we received the key only to find the maid in our room. Had to wait 45 minutes more in the lobby. We got in the room which is right next to the miniature hot tub pool. Bathe room smells intoxicating like chlorine. The toilet leaks so you have a permanent water drip noise. Very loud. We asked for. a fix but we were told the maintenance can only be done tomorrow ....after a sleepless night. I asked for a different room and none were available. This is probably the worst experience possible with no remedy offered by the staff or management....please help if possible. Thank you!

Centrally located to the point where it cost no more than $10 to take a Lyft anywhere local. Only steps from the beach and within close proximity to places to eat and to grab groceries. Beautiful atmosphere, hot tub is enough for more than just five or six people. Pool nearby, relaxing and clean.

Pros: Great location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. The heated pool was great! Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Cons: The wifi was hardly worth using, and our TV didn't work. The room doors have a single door knob lock, and our key(actual mechanical) also worked to open the main front door to the hotel. I'm not sure how that worked if every room had a unique key? No dead bolt or chain, so it didn't feel the most secure.

This hotel has gone downhill since last stayed there. My room needed a fresh coat of paint. Plus, there was mold along the walls in the bathroom, and since I couldn’t find the remote for the A/C unit I couldn’t adjust the temp. Iron was severely burned, as were extras at the front desk. Place has so much potential.
