Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing for several reasons. Other guests were very rude—someone spilled a latte all over the floor and onto me and my belongings, didn’t apologize, and simply walked away without notifying staff or attempting to clean it up.
One of the elevators was out of service, which caused a nearly 30-minute wait. Taking the stairs wasn’t a realistic option since we had very heavy luggage.
I also woke up with a bug bite welt on my arm after laying in bed. I checked for bed bugs and didn’t see any, but it was still concerning. Additionally, the pool was dirty to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable using it.
The on-site bar/restaurant also closed very early, which was disappointing for a city hotel where late-night options are usually expected.
Overall, these issues made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient, and I don’t feel the experience met expectations.
