The property was dirty!! The first room had fruit flies all in it so they gave me a 2nd room and the air conditioning unit kept going out so maintenance had to keep coming to the room and to top it all off we had bed bugs. Never again will I stay at this resort!! Oh I forgot to mention that we didn’t have hot water and the decorative pillows had mold on them…SMH

First of all,if you booked this property I feel very bad for you,the room didn't look like anything on the pic,second thing the pool and Jacuzzi was non operational,and third we didn't get a room with the ocean view like I asked and then upon asking to get another room the pretty much refused to give me and my girlfriend a new room,I thought this property would be a perfect place for my girlfriend's birthday oh how wrong was I,and then to put the icing on the lady at the front desk told us to go to the next door hotel and sneak into their pool area,who actually says stuff liie that,this hotel is terrible,the staff is terrible,it was not a goid stay at this hotel but other than that the trip to Puerto Rico experience was outstanding,just don't stay at this hotel.

Terrible, rooms are old and smells moldy! The covers are old and the blanket has hard fuzzies Ewww!!! No coffee in the room, old bathroom! The pool is closed and we were not aware of that issue! No beach chairs or umbrellas! And it was expensive for the night! The entire building needs a make over! I will never ever stay here again!
