The resort was beautiful and very clean. However I did not appreciate the everyday resort fees, resort tax and the automatic gratuity placed when ever we ordered food & drinks. I would never stay here again nor recommend this place. All inclusive resorts for zus here on out.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve for our honeymoon and we cannot say enough positive things about it!! We had an Oceanside room. It was spotless clean. The staff was SO friendly — especially the bellboys who drive you around the resort. Food was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The staff was hit or miss because the hotel adds on a gratuity for everything at a minimum of 16% so some staff didn't do much. We did tip extra for people that were attentive. We did not use room service or get our rooms cleaned for the 5 days we were there. The Hyatt also automatically charges gratuities upon leaving for their guests to pay their employees salaries. We had a great stay at this resort! The service was wonderful, restaurants and staff were all great. Highly recommend making reservations and do villa if you can as the villa pool is a nice value add. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks for a great stay!
