Loved this place! Didn’t care for the beach - I’ve never seen so much seaweed, but the resort is beautiful and staff is very friendly. Three pools to choose from - each had a different vibe. Didn’t try all of the restaurants, but the two we tried were great. Worth every penny!

The property was beautiful. The people who worked there were wonderful. I did not appreciate all the hidden fees. Fees after fees. Came home and more fees. It would be nice if the price was all up front and you didn’t have to worry about other costs. I will probably not stay here again because of this reason alone.

Everything was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made you feel right at home. The entire resort was very clean and consistently maintained. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Good choice but can improve

Overall the property was beautiful. Restaurant staff was excellent best service possible. Only thing preventing a rating of excellent is the other staff. Employees at counter are on their phones texting or playing games while they have a line of people waiting for service. This place needs a no cell phone policy, especially in the coffee shop

Bueno la verdad que el hotel muy tranquilo el staff muy amable siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo pero lo malo es la poca oferta que tenia solo 3 restaurantes y todo quedaba lejos si no rentas carros te tienes que comer lo que hay ahi y ademas de caro era lo que hubiera ,la verdad no regresaria a puerto rico
