A truly 5 star hotel from the moment you pull over at the entrance. Everyone so attentive, cordial and efficient. As a family we had the best of the stay. I travelled with My service dog and everyone was were very accommodating, I was even able to order food for her from the regular menu. They prepared it for her with not salt or seasoning. I will suggests a dog to add a dog menu that will be quite helpful for those traveling with pets or service dogs that don’t eat kibbles like mine. And dog amenities like dog bed if possible. Otherwise, excellent service. Facilities are super clean and the beach just beautiful

If you want amazing service, luxurious atmosphere, the friendliest staff then RUN do not WALK. Hyatt Regency in Rio Grande surpassed my expectations. I would come back here with my eyes closed. The bed was soft the pillows i could live without but the room was so clean!! If i could leave 100000 stars I would 10 out of 10 very quiet and relaxing resort. Worth every single penny!!

We truly enjoyed our experience at Hyatt Regency. It’s super clean and staffs are friendly. It has many pools, restaurants, bars and also free kayaking. The private beach in the back is very nice. We would totally come back.

The property needs to be cleaned up. There was trash every day in our bungalow hallway area. The same trash. It was never picked up for the entire week. Paint was peeling badly on the pool and outdoor bar areas.

Beautiful atmosphere. Beautiful facility. The rooms were amazing. The thing that I didn’t like was the transportation process. Had to call multiple times to get a ride. One time I was hung up on as I was trying to get connected. Highly recommend getting a rental or even a bicycle. Transportation is not reliable.

The resort was okay, some parts can use reservations. The restaurant in is pretty pricey. The beaches and the pool were very beautiful.
