The nature all around is stunning!!! Pools were comfortable and well maintained. Hammocks and kayaks a must!! Staff was attentive and very helpful. Note: Ask for a microwave oven for your room if you plan to reheat leftover meals. They run out.

We received a courtesy call shortly after entering our room to see if everything was okay. One of the beds was broken. They immediately apologized and gave us an upgrade. Both rooms were clean.

I cannot even point out one thing. This resort, the entire staff, every restaurant, every amenity was perfect, 10/10, no notes. In particular, the sunset picnic was incredible, and Jailenne took amazingly good care of us. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Our room in the bungalow was beautiful and always perfectly clean and restocked with bottled water and clean towels. We would love to come back!
