We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. The property is stunning, with beautiful views, well maintained grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The staff was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The pools, beach access, and amenities made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. Everything felt luxurious yet welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Lovely stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve! Helpful staff, beautiful grounds, and large rooms. The pool was great too! The beach beds cost $ to rent, but they have some first come, first serve chairs and smaller beds available. You get a coupon for a free mojito when you arrive— used ours at the swim up bar. Dial 0 anytime for a trolley to pick you up and take you anywhere on the campus. Only small caveats: beach is very small and rocky (there is a public beach along the path to the rooms, however, that is lovely. 3 of the restaurants need reservations only and the food was good, but not great. No cash property as well, so bring a card. Had a great time— would definitely go back!

The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff are on top of everything, very nice and helpful. Great pool and beaches! Had a problem with our room and they quickly moved us without a problem. Not much to do in the evening but nice if you are looking for a quiet, family resort.
