Hours were not followed and limited. Staff office had bad communication, never got keys to our room, hours of service were cut down without notice. We were there for 6 nights and got room service and cleaning, 2 times. Felt like water would back up a lot, therefore leaving a bad odder in our room. We upgraded our room, paid for a beach view,and got one of the farthest rooms in the resort, on a second floor with neither a beach or ocean view. Food was limited. We were super excited for this resort and left very disappointed and not happy with our stay.

Thank you for your comments and for choosing to stay with us. Food prices are certainly in line with being an island destination and ridiculously high inflation.

There were 5 restaurants on the premises, only one served breakfast. All were very expensive, gave you way too much food that you could not take with you for later. The property was so spread out, we had to take a golf cart everywhere we went. The room and the pool was very nice.

As soon as you walk into the lobby, you will be stunned on the resort beauty. I felt as I was in a movie. It is absolutely stunning from the moment to step into the lobby. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times. The food quality was excellent and delicious. A bit pricey, but definitely good. I can’t wait to come back to this resort. I wouldn’t want to stay else where.

Hyatt Regency Reserve / Coco Beach We were at the hotel for 10 days for a family vacation. Pros: The property was absolutely beautiful. Great pool and beach. If your a golfer, this course was gorgeous! They have great amenities, spa, tennis, pickle ball, floating water park, paddle boards, bike, etc. The hotel it self was beautiful and quite spacious. The rooms were modern and larger than most hotels. Cons: Sadly the service was terrible. We ordered drinks while at the pool and they never came. The pool servers seemed uninterested in taking ones order. The food was mediocre at best. We had outstanding meals outside of the hotel property (which I highly recommend) for a fraction of what the hotel charged. For the amount of money the hotel charges a day just to be on their property and their service fees, the food and service should be 5 stars. At one point house keeping took ALL the towels from our room and never replaced them. It’s so unfortunate because with the location and hotel as beautiful as it is, this hotel could be the place to go but not with it’s current management.

I wasn’t expecting the fees that were charged to my card. Since it was a resort I would expect that something would be already included but no not to this resort not even the breakfast was included. Nothing is free and all is expensive! Some staff are nice but others are not.

Looking to just hang at the pool and relax. No excursions to the city. Then this is your place. It’s pretty far from everything. A taxi to Old San Juan is $160 round trip. And Uber will not be available. The hotel is very well maintained. Pool is huge. The beach however is pretty shabby with a lot of seaweed. Staff is okay. It’s not an all inclusive hotel so prepare to pay a service fee for everything. We found ourselves begging for service a few times. And sometimes we just walked away. All and all, it was okay.
