This was without a doubt the nicest experience I have had staying at any hotel including other Ritz-Carlton properties. The service and staff were probably the highlight of the experience.

Once in a lifetime experience!

I have never been more relaxed and pampered in my life. I loved every minute of my stay in this breathtaking resort. I cannot wait to go back!!!!!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service!!!

The property was beautiful!! Service was top notch!! Michael, our embajador was amazing!! So were the golf cart drivers raphael, jose. Keila, our housekeeper would make towel animals and leave little notes for my kids every evening, which they thought was super nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
