Our "queen room" was actually a huge suite! The bedroom was a separate room, and the suite had an almost full kitchen (no oven, but a stove, a full fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, plates and glasses and silverware, even a dishwasher...). It seems like every room at this hotel had a balcony, which was excellent - we enjoyed ours in the mornings and evenings for sure. The building is clearly an older building, and some people would complain about the quality because of that, but not us. When we travel we go out a lot - we don't need a room for much but sleeping. And we don't need a room to be fancy - we just need to feel that we are safe in it when we're sleeping and that our belongings are secure in it when we're out. We don't mind an older building that's still perfectly functioning! In fact, it gives a hotel some charm, instead of it being indistinguishable from every other hotel. Outside, the (connected) pools are big and the seating areas around the pool are great, and the hours for the pool are wonderful. The access to the beach is also very close (right by the pool) and very nice. The location of the hotel is good, too - pharmacies, groceries, and restaurants are maybe a 5 minute drive away. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff were great. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel was old and in general disrepair. The elevators were not working, our room had water leaks, the toilet didn't work, the doors were broken, there were a lack of towels on the property, the building was in general disrepair.

Its current being renovated. only one elevator was working and they changed my card 2x for parking. For a resort i was shocked how run down the rooms were. I was very pleased with the pool area and access to the private beach ⛱️ and i will say that once i spoke to the manger Victor he handled the confusion of the extra charge and he did extend a late check out even though i decided to leave bright n early.

I enjoyed staying in this property. It's very close to other beaches and attractions. We spent most of the time on the property at the beach or the pool. The staff was lovely as well.

Not as advertised!

We were excited about our 1 night stay here, but after we checked in and got to our room, we were thankful we were only staying 1 night. The facility was nothing as advertised. The pictures must have been taken the day the resort was built, because our room and the lobby looked nothing like them. The smell was strong and unpleasant. The carpet was stained, the beds were beyond uncomfortable, and you could hear every tiny sound outside of your room. Quite dissatisfying.

The pool and friendliness of staff was above average. The facility is undergoing a remodel so it is difficult to know if the cleanliness and overall general impression of the facility were impacted by the remodeling process. However, every single staff member was inviting, peppy, and took care of all our needs.
