This place is outdated, especially the bathrooms. The elevators are old. The floors are disgusting. The rugs are filthy. The bathroom is so outdated and old shorts functional you could flush the toilet. Front desk doesn’t help you at all. I spent three days asking to be moved due to noisy neighbors, even tipped the front desk girl, $20 for nothing. Finally the supervisor moved me on my third day thank God she was very nice. Should be more like her there her name was Britney. The pool was very nice Jacuzzi dirty they need to clean it more often and the beach access was very nice..

We kept having issues with access to our rooms. The small on the 3rd floor was foul the entire stay. We couldn't get ice anywhere in the building. The last night of our stay we were locked out of our rooms. I was completely unsatisfied with this stay.

The common area of the floor we were on, 3rd, had a horrible mildew mold smell. This smell was in our living room area as well. The bathroom had no ventilation. The fan was not working. It also had two different light bulbs in the vanity fixture. The thermostat did not adjust when we turned on the heat. The room was cold the entire stay. For these reasons, we did not stay the second night. We had to go to another hotel.

Bathrooms are a little run down and the first night we were there all the power went out for a few hours so we had to walk 8 flights of stairs to get to our room. Nice enough for a few nights, pools are really nice. Prices are outrageous on the resort though. We got charged 70$ for 3 shots

Rooms are dirty and old. Tried to upgrade and they said everything was booked because the hotel is a hot commodity (lies). We didn’t get our room keys until 10pm( system was broken). View was poor, bird crap everywhere.
