we stayed only one night. We had a small room #12 with bathroom which is what we reserved. The room was clean and comfortable. The friendly staff brought us a couple extra pillows when we requested. There were 5 other couples staying at Placid as well and we were all happy with our stay. Conveniently located near to Supermax as well as beach access, restaraunts, and bars. My wife and I are avid travelers and the Placid Suites fit everything we look for in accomodations. We'll definitely be back!

The check-in info was not provided I ended up calling. The room was full of mosquitoes I know they are all over the island but should not be a the room. Texted the responsible person never replied back. Towels and toiletries were not provided we needed to chase down the cleaning person. Bed was dirty and shower ceiling has black mold. Great location never staying again
