Since the first day, the instructions to enter the facility where not sent on time. They didn't have hot water and the TV wasn't working; a cable box was promised to be delivered on 12/24/25 but it wasn't until two days prior to our departure. There was only one small blanket in the room and no dish soap. We were extremely unhappy and disappointed.

The room was fine, very basic. The washing machines outside the window howl like a turbine and our AC remote didn’t work so we froze the first night. That said, the service was impeccable and the location is perfect for exploring the NW part of San Juan.
