The kitchen was dirty. The room was too small and we had to wash our own bed sheets because they were stained. we stayed at a diffrent room and the room was still small but seemed cleaner.

When I arrived, one of the beds had stains on the blanket, and another had hair underneath the blankets. The stovetop and countertops were also filthy. We also were stuck on the balcony for over an hour due to the door handle being broken. The owner was hard to get in touch with and answered messages very late. The only good thing is the location.

The place was disgusting! False advertisement on Expedia. All the pictures shown do not look anything like that in person. The bed was thrown together not neat and the pillows were as flat as the rug. The bathroom had a black curly hair on the toilet seat. If it was just cleaned that would not be there. There was smuts on the shower wall and the bathroom wall. Drain was left out in shower and shower looked like it had not been scrubbed in years. Outdoor furniture all rusted and stained and absolutely no furniture on the terrace as shown in the pictures. Don’t even bother wasting your time or money on this place just keep scrolling you will find something much much nicer! We were 3 couples who booked this place and all agreed to leave immediately!!!!!

Don’t book this hotel if you want a Hot shower. We stayed 3 nights and had cold showers for 2 nights and after we were told the issue was fixed got hot and lukewarm showers It is sad when you are on vacation and you have to have a discussion with yourself … if cold shower I will Not shower and you need to strategize well I’ll shower my body and IF there is hot/lukewarm water left I will wash my hair…, And here’s the WORST part… when I texted the person about my concern and advised I wanted compensation …she IGNORED me and after 2 days … I elevated concern to hotels .com LESSON LEARNED If you book and encounter an ISSUE … you can FORGET it… the hotel will IGNORE you and feel that you will disappear!!!!

Did not stayed at this property due to false advertisement and missed presentation. The property was misrepresented in the listing. The online photos made it look like a beautiful place to stay; however, upon arrival, we were very disappointed. The common areas were dirty, and several chairs were broken and unusable, which prevented us from comfortably spending time with our friends who had also booked the property. Additionally, the queen-size bedroom was extremely small, cramped, and dark — nothing like it appeared in the online photos. Due to these issues, I am requesting a refund.

Bare bones is an accurate description of this room. Clean, safe and good for a one night stay. Grocery store close by, but I really wish they would at least offer a coffeemaker and maybe a little microwave. It would have been great to be able to eat a small breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location; however, our room was never serviced despite our stay being over a week. We asked for new towels and for the room to her serviced but neither happened. We had to buy our own toilet paper as they only gave us one roll and never restocked it.
