The employees are friendly and the property is very clean. The available food on the property is good but not fancy. There is a gravel pathway between the pool and the ocean..... kinda rough on the feet. I would give 4.5 stars but this website only allows whole ones.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, we had an ocean side view with amazing sunsets. The beach was clean the water was warm and the guys were ready to set up an umbrella without wait. The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. The location is conveniently located right down the road from the airport, but the city is a bit rundown and dirty compared to other areas of Puerto Rico.

The hotel was really nice overall and the staff was also helpful, but the room itself just had an overpowering smell that was a bit much.

Room was dated & seems to have been through some usage but overall good service like most said. The door handle at my balcony was broken or loose. (Oceanview). Very kids friendly for toddler, it has a small section playground slide. On the bottom level it has ping pong and connect4 & other kids games. If you are going with adults I will recommend next door or somewhere else. 8/10

Gorgeous place! A bit noisy - not from airport but inside hotel. Had water issues on the 16th floor.
