My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the apartment style living with the beach being steps away. It was fun walking everywhere and seeing finding local restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again!

My room had bed bugs. This ruin all our stay. The staff specially the manager didn't do anything about the bed bug problem, less effort possible to fix things. Also the prices at the bar are overpriced.

We have been staying at this hotel the last two to three nights of our trip when on the island . The hotel is not expensive and offers so much for the price: The airport is 5 minutes from there . Many good restaurants and Isla Verde beach within walking distance . We use to stay at ESJ up until the St Claire’s took it over and let it start to crumble. The view of ESJ from the poor is very bad and makes the area look deplorable. We strongly recommend Casa Costera

We were really close to the beach. The staff was great. It’s set for the restaurant on the top floor was kind of stingy with their options. They act like they really didn’t wanna wait on us. I asked for ice cream and they told me they were almost out and didn’t give me any more when I ordered dessert. Other than that my room was wonderful. The staff there was very nice. The food at the restaurant was good. The service was OK. Could use some training.

The refrigerator was dirty, came out the shower and my daughter was playing with a vape that she found underneath the couch so clearly the housekeeping people are not doing what they need to do. We paid for an ocean view. She claimed cause we arrive late. Our room was given to someone else Made us pay to upgrade for something we already had, but she said it was out of her control, and there was nothing she can do. I was just so disappointed with the staff. we’re the reason why you make the money so at the end of the day you’re supposed to do whatever it takes to satisfy the guest so they can continue coming back or refer this hotel so you can continue getting business.
