They were doing construction on the 2nd floor for the entire week we were there which means we woke up around 8:30am to the dulcet sounds of hammers and drills. The room we were in ran out of hot water after one shower. The AC broke and started making loud noises so they finally moved us to a better room but this room was right next to the elevators and the elevators are not sound proofed which means there was a banging noise every time the elevator was in use. We went to PR to relax and enjoy. We got less sleep there because of this hotel than we do working crazy jobs at home. It looks beautiful in the pictures and the staff is nice but the property is poor quality.

I had a fabulous stay. My room was absolutely stunning. I found the robes and slippers a nice touch and the open shower sexy. All the staff were so helpful, respectful, and very welcoming. Gigi, Jose, Marco , and Alberto are taking care of the hotel guests on the beach with immaculate service. Always attentive to providing service to the staff. I felt really bad that on my last day I didn’t see Marco who provided the daily beach towels and chair. I wish he would have a credit machine for people to tip. He greeted me everyday with a smile and I would try to help him and he would say this is my job. I commend the hotel managers for hiring employees who are so kind and who make the guests not want to leave. I will be returning and highly recommend you to book a stay. You will not be disappointed.

great hotel . They give you drinks when you first arrive . Nice ocean view, nice side showers, and nice decor .. house keeping come in and clean for you. they were still constructing on some of the rooms. But you can tell once they are finish, this hotel is going to be 10/10 .

We enjoyed our time here. They are under construction but almost done. We would recommend the roof top lounge. Great atmosphere, food and beverage. Views are spectacular. Pool was small but they are adding another area. Access to beach was fantastic and it was easy to walk around and grab Ubers.

I would stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was they don't have a fridge, microwave or vending machine. The fridge they have only has room for things you purchase from hotel.

This hotel is still very much under construction. Rooms are decorated nicely and staff is friendly but there is noise and you enter a side service door entrance to get to the elevators. The rooftop pool is very small and there’s a total of six chairs. Don’t book tours there. There is plenty of food within walking distance.
