The property is conveniently located to the airport and walkable to the beach and restaurants. Our hot water didn’t work when we arrived and then the AC went out. The desk person worked on both issues and was able to remedy the situation. The room had an odor, probably from the carpet. It’s a decent place for the price and especially for a short stay.

Certain people were actually nice and helpful. There was this one lady that was extremely short and had no interests in trying to assist us, when I requested a late check-out. (Through no fault of their own), it was bad enough that i paid for a day that I didn't get to use (plane delay), but once there, they gave us the worst room in the hotel. I only wanted a couple of hours, because my daughter was there for a volleyball tournament. She was very unconcerned about trying to help, saying that her staff had to clean the room for the next guests, when it wasnt even that clean when we arrived. I ended up missing a lot of the game packing up to leave the hotel. I made the best of it, but that one lady made it bad for the hotel comprehensively (on top of it not being worth the price). Definitely won't be staying there again.

cable in our room was out, we were there one night so never got to watch tv, toilet was clogged, hot water inconsistent, no iron, some staff rude, cats freely roaming reception area (perhaps rodent problem?), no soap dish in the bathroom, parking area was awful-not sure why they call it parking
