I wanted to try if since I had an early flight the next morning. It is attached to, I believe, Terminal D. Thankfully there were numerous signs outside luggage claim leading you to the hotel/terminal entrance since arrivals are at all the other terminals. Interesting layout but make sense once you find it. The small bar and restaurant was easy and had some tasty items an attentive staff and mgr. Breakfast room has everything including made-to-order omelets. Small coffee shop on the same level. Rooms are small, basic but clean and wifi works. Scheduled commercial outbound flights end early evening so noise is less than expected but still some late incoming etc. Overall, I will use it again on business trips for planning my departure flights. No stress.

The staff was excellent the property was clean and comfortable. The walk from baggage claim to the hotel was not easy. There is a long empty hallway between the busy airport area and the hotel. There were people sleeping there. I did not feel safe.it was late at night and i was very nervous walking through there

Our room was clean and very quiet given the airport location. The room was much smaller than expected, but we were willing to make the trade off for the location and convenient access to ticketing and security check in.

This property is just about impossible to find and your front staff is very nasty about helping with the location. They only give answers to direct questions, but do not volunteer anything that might be helpful.

I had bad luck

The reception staff was amazing! I arrived after a large cruise crew. Front desk area was fully packed. The ppl were not obeying hotel’s staff instructions. Staff was giving clear instructions and were courteous to them but they did not Elevator was a bit outdated. The room was small but clean. Had no shower cap but had ironing board and iron. I heard Highway noise and airplane take off/landing.
