Beach and pool areas were nice and well-tended. Valet service was attentive and fast. The hotel seemed understaffed particularly at the front desk area. Our originally reserved and confirmed room was not available at check-in and we were not given an equivalent substitute. Our shower leaked the entire time as well. I probably wouldn’t return to this property.

The lobby and surrounding guest areas look great but the smell that hits you upon walking in is terrible. The maintenance crew is really needs to change all the air filters in the whole building. The pools were sparkling clean and this place would get five stars is they did better with cleaning, including the cabana areas they want you to pay extra for.

Property was beautiful! However, front desk staff was very rude & not friendly at all when Checking-In & Checking-Out! Front desk personnel should be fired! They were not “people friendly” & should not be working in the hospitality industry!!!
