The hotel is beautiful. The lobby has a great bar and a fun atmosphere. The pool slide was fun for teens/kids and swim up bar was fun for adults. I loved that the pool stays open late. The room was nice and clean and staff was friendly. Location was great. You can walk to food and shops. Cons: Wish they had more than one hook to hang up towels in bathroom. The sliding barn door to our closet kept coming off the track. There was a $65 resort fee per night which is way too high. The room price is not cheap and any stay should include things like towels, pool and gym access etc. That’s the reason we chose a resort over a motel! Overall I would definitely return, just wish the fees weren’t so high,

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio, la comida dentro del hotel sin sabor y muy cara no recomiendo comer ahí. Después de hacer el check out fuimos otro rato más con mi familia y habían pasado 2 horas cuando me di cuenta que había olvidado una sudadera en la habitación en la que nos estábamos quedando, inmediatamente vine a recepción para ver si podían checar y me dijeron que en ese momento estaban limpiando la habitación y que no podían checar hasta que terminaran, total que nunca apareció la sudadera, así que si se hospedan ahí

This hotel was an excellent option. As I was there for a concert this was an ideal location and made it super convenient to and from the event. In addition to this, it is very close to old San Juan which was even better because it made exploring easy. I highly recommend this property and I will be coming back for future stays!

Overall our stay was pretty average considering we stood for a week. When it came to the room and services the pillows were hard and room service didn’t clean the floor or change the bedding. I was taken back by the additional daily guest fees and taxes which was added to the daily night stay fee.
