The room was so cold, it’s like around 61F. The heat pump was not easy to operate, and the temperature could not be raised. So our whole night there was not very comfortable. We didn’t get a good sleep.

Not what we expected at all

Location was great, host responded and was communicative, the overall place was very small, not clean, we got accused of having a party while sitting at the kitchen table just talking, then check out was at 11:00am and we were greeted at 10:15 by the host checking to see if we left yet with no warning prior to entering the rental. This felt very invasive and way too much for renting for a night. I was very disappointed.

Nice little apartment

This is a nice place for a couple to stay for a few days. It is a good location, on Drexel University campus - the block this apartment is on, is filled with trash and street parking was pretty hard to find, usually had to park at least two blocks away and look out the window waiting for a spot to open. Overall, nice place to stay, we felt safe and it was a cute apartment perfect for my husband and I. Only a few upgrades could be made like nicer silverware and a trash can for a kitchen! Thank you for hosting us Cindy.

The apartment is not sunny, but stuffy. Owner should invest in new bedding and pillows and shower curtain. There was mold in the shower. It’s a little disconcerting walking in to the kitchen and seeing a can of Raid. Check-in info was not sent as promised, so some delays in communication. The neighborhood is okay.

Excellent communication with host Cindy! She answered all my questions ASAP!! Great free off street parking. Good location.. quaint neighborhood. Completely remodeled! Very quiet! We enjoyed our stay! Close to all the colleges ! Very easy to get an Uber if needed !

Sweet spot and great location

I visited my son at Drexel, and wanted to find something close enough to walk to his dorm. This adorable 1 bedroom walkup was perfect! Had everything I needed, and when I had questions, I got immediate responses. Cindy was helpful and professional. I will definitely be back!
