The staff was very friendly and check in and check out very smooth. Rooms a little dated but clean. My biggest and only complaint was no orange juice at breakfast. And I totally understand. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was nice. The bad thing was our room wasn't ready until 5 and it was suppose to be ready at 4. We even came early to try to check in a couple of times.

The hotel is fairly clean. My room was nice and tidy upon arrival. The bathroom was clean. The only thing about the bathroom was, it looked like there was a tiny spot of blood on the shower curtain. The bed was a bit hard. The refrigerator in my room was super cold. Definitely appreciated that. The free breakfast from 7-10:00am was pretty good. The staff appeared to be really nice.

Location is excellent. While out exploring Niagara Falls we made several trips back to the room because it was so close. Staff was friendly and helpful which is a big plus. Breakfast was very crowded but the young men working kept it stocked and clean. Our room was missing the refrigerator and had chunks of the carpet missing but seemed clean. I will recommend this hotel!

Location is the best, close to the Falls, park, Rainbow Bridge and dining. Clean, the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast could be better but wasn’t terrible. Go down very early because after 8 am is extremely crowded. Overall for the price this hotel is very good.
