Loved the location. The beds were comfy and the shower was awesome. They did not have a pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars lets start with the pros location is amazing and the staff is awesome. Rm 619 has a great view of the river and king size bed. Cons the place needs renovation the interior of the rm needs an upgrade.

That it was so close to the Niagra Falls and the rainbow bridge was a huge selling point to me. For the most part the staff was amazing, just 1 had an attitude issue when answering questions.
