I booked at the Hotel because parking was allegedly available. When I got into the hotel for checking the parking lot was fool and I refused to park outside. Then I could not cancel on line. Waisted of money and efforts. I am dissapointed with Travelocity. This is not the first time. You are experts in fine print travel cancelation and selling policies.

The check in was very slow and disorganized. Once in the room we found out that there is no water in the entire Hotel due to municipal construction. This was known to the receptionist and we were not informed. In the morning was a little water for face washing etc. Shower not possible. This problem we were told goes on already for 2 weeks due to municipal construction. We should have been informed about it. A discount would also have been appropriate, but was not offered

I had two rooms and asked to have them nearby. The rooms were at 4th and 6th floors. Both rooms did not have hot water and the cold water was barely present. The housekeeping found a room on the first floor to take a shower. The front desk allowed me to stay extra time to take the shower and adjust after that.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. False advertising re. breakfast and free airport shuttle. Furthermore, after realizing there was no available shuttle (despite inaccurate advertising), the hotel booked a taxi on my behalf and the said taxi attempted to share the ride with another guest and then didn't have sufficient change so I "agreed" to overpay. Overall, a less-than-ideal experience!

We checked in and went to our room. When we arrived the door was open and there was someone inside smoking pot. We turned around and went back to desk. Got a different room. There was a group of kids, maybe a team, traveling with adults. 2 teenage girls arrived back in the lobby when we did telling their adult there was a man in their room. That could have been a really ugly situation. Our room was very shabby and did not smell clean. There was no way to close the privacy curtains because the rod in the middle was missing. Hallway carpet was filthy. For breakfast the seating area was filthy and also.the exterior view through the windows was filthy. Breakfast was not open on time and when it did open the hot food wasn't ready. We went To get our shuttle. It.had not been changed from the.wrong room and also had already left. There was not another available shuttle.until 1000 which is when we fly so needed a taxi. I was informed that.was $25, I didnt think it was going to be free. I dont know what the desk person expected me to do miss my flight, $25 was inconsequential at that point. Not the best way to start 10 hours of flying today. On the otherhand, the taxi driver was.awesome and fun and made up for the awful hotel experience. I cannot believe Hilton would associate with a.dump like this.
