Front desk check in was very slow. Asked for a shuttle for the next moment and he said fine. Next morning the driver knew nothing about it. Very frustrating since we had a 6 am flight. Restaurant had sub par food. They ran out of cheese, fried chicken sandwich and michelob ultra. They also ran out of wings. Not good. The server in the restaurants was friendly and good but don’t have any help! Not how to run an establishment!

I was staying in Room 708. Upon checking the room, I first discovered many long brown female hair on mattress cover. Although someone later came to replace it, I then found female hair inside the pillow cover as well. These repeated issues make me seriously doubt that the bedding was properly changed before my arrival. The hotel only offered me an apology. I feel very disappointed.
