Upon check in the only elevator in the hotel was not working. Desk clerk said we could excess the hotel from self parking level. We could not get in and had to drag our bags around the property in the cold Misinformation. We had to carry our bags up 4 flights Our room was very disappointing. Tiny bathroom w no sink. The sink is in our room itself The TV then had no signal and the front desk person did not report it immediately We waited 2 1/2 hr for a repair Next morning housekeeping knocked our door at 8 and then again 8:30. Check out is at 11. WTH Horrible experience. Never again

They did not give us a Queen bed as you had booked us. There was no deep jacuzzi size tub with private access. There was no 24/7 room service. There was no mini bar.we recurved a double bed instead of a queen bed!

Worst night's sleep in a hotel ever

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Furthermore, beds too small.

Parking, like real estate is a hot commodity, we have our own parking lot, but also have the use of our sister hotel, the Adria Hotel and Conference Center's parking lot. Convenient for our needs

Pros: Location
Flew into town to take care of family. Chose hotel based on location. Parking for a larger vehicle can be a concern as parking is tight at best. Front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean but it looked like there was water leaking in the bathroom. My wife thought the bed was very comfortable but I woke up with a few more aches & pains than usual. Our room faced Northern Blvd with light pouring in all hours of the night. We could not find any way to really darken the room. We would return if we found ourselves back in Queens.

Our stay was 3/26-27, NOT 3/25-26

Pros: We liked that it was about 10 minutes from the hospital, LIJ, where my son was to have surgery on 3/27 and we had to be at the hospital by 5:30 a.m.
Cons: Front desk attitude to be more hospitable. Fix the room temperature issue. Apply refund of $143+ to my credit card. We paid for 3/26-27.
Location: It was close to the hospital, LIJ, and was convenient since we live on eastern Long Island and had to be at the hospital by 5:30 am for son's surgery.
Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. We paid for our stay (3/26-27) when we arrived only to find out that the hotel had our reservation for 3/25-26. I want a refund of $143+ applied to my credit card for 3/25-26 please since we were told by the front desk that we would be charged for 3/25-26 anyway! We were there less than 24 hours 3/26-27! The room was very hot and had no way to lower the heat when we called the front desk and they couldn't do anything about it.
