"The best beach and view"
We stayed a week. We booked the ocean view suite. It was well worth it. The view was amazing. Very big patio and the room was larger than expected. It was our first visit and we will be going back for sure. The hotel front desk ladies were not very friendly but the rest of the people that worked at the hotel were really nice. The buffet was pretty good. We liked the breakfast the best. We didn't stand in the long line to make a reservation for any of the specialty restaurants. They fill up fast since all the specialty restaurants are only open from 6:30 to 8:30 nightly. It's within walking distance to the Atlantis. There seemed to be a lot more kids over there. It was just me and my husband, didn't want to listen to a bunch of screaming kids. Over all I would recommend this resort. I loved the beach and the water. Very nice!!!

"Great hotel for the area."
This hotel is walking distance from the shops and cruise-ship ports in Nassau. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, and the room was quite clean and comfortable. We paid a little more for the ocean-view, which was worth it. They do hit you for "resort fees", and gratuity fees, and some of that kind of business on the back end, so be prepared to pay an extra hundred or more in incidentals like that. The private beach for the hotel was AMAZING and very private. Not too many people, and they provide lots of nice places for you to be with your spouse, or to lounge in a private gazebo or whatnot. Nice little touches. They did have a lot of weddings on the weekend, so be prepared to walk around that. but for the most part, it was a marvelous stay. It wasn't nearly as crowded as the public beach, so that alone is worth the cost of staying in a nicer place like the Hilton. The hotel food, which is expected to be over-priced, was EXACTLY that. Over-priced buffet food. But then, most places in the Bahamas are similar. I would recommend eating off-property, although this will likely cost you a cab ride if you want to eat in nice places. There is some good local fare that is walking distance, but the really nice places are a $12 cab ride away on Paradise Island (don't try to walk). It's only 1.6 miles away, but there is a GIGANTIC toll-bridge you have to cross, so it is not to be done on foot.

"Fun place for all ages"
Atlantis was amazing & not just for the water park features, there are so many activities for all ages day & night. We had so much fun on the water slides, playing in the many pools, floating the river, the dolphin experience & hanging out at the beach. The entire complex is one big aquarium & our kids really enjoyed it. Fun place to visit, highly recommend it however be prepared to spend money, it's not a cheap stay by any means.

"4 days at Atlantis"
The staff was very friendly, the hotel was bright and clean. We loved the easy access to all of the pools, water slides and beaches. Our meals were fantastic and the service good. The grounds were amazing with more aquariums than I can count, beautiful landscapes and waterfalls. It was great for my family but I would recommend it to anyone. We played in the pools and did all of the slides, snorkeled and swam in the ocean and visited the Dolphins. We really enjoyed the music that was being played around the pools and in the hotel lobbies. It was really great to be able to walk from one hotel to another through the concourse which was lined with shops and restaurants.
