The Property is Very Expensive. The property is also huge and the events/activities/Movie Theater are not really organized in an efficient manner. The Best place to eat for families or small groups is the "Good Lies" option where the outdoor mini golf is. It offers better service, activities right there, and is more unique private than the other options. The "Silan" mediterranean option was not good or unique, and the food was basic at best in my opinion. The Off property snorkling was great!

Wonderful property! The only thing I was unhappy about was staff.. it was 50-50 if you were going to get someone kind or just straight rude at resort. The pools and attractions were great but if you stay at resort you share all amenities with all the cruise lines that come in. No perks or benefits of staying on property. Cruise guest were usually gone by 3, this freed up more space to enjoy as a resort guest. Overall was a wonderful trip with family.

The Royal Atlantis resort is very beautiful. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The grounds are extremely well maintained as are all of the pools. We enjoyed our room in the West Tower and our room was spacious and the furnishings comfortable. Since the Atlantis resort is comprised of six resorts the grounds are expansive and so is the area of beach front that is available for resort guests. Dining can be pricey both at the resort and in downtown Nassau. The only thing that we found to be disappointing was the Posiden's Sunday Brunch which was huge but unfortunately bland. The casino was fun and low stress for a beginner. We truly enjoyed our meal at the Italian restaurant Pranza. We look forward to returning.

Only downside was my experience with the Snorkeling. We were there waiting for over 30 minutes. We watched the young lady go to the front desk. We did not know we were supposed to check- in there. When we found out, we went there, and they considered us no-shows. We eventually worked it out, and I was able to snorkel with the other 8 in my family an hour later! 10 of us! And the young lady was so nice!

The staff are great and friendly. Quentin, one of the guard we came across our first night, walked us from the shark area to the aquarium under The Royal lobby. He was super nice. Samantha, our cleaning lady, was also really lovely and accommodating. The only reason I didn’t put 5 star was because when we came into our room, there was no shampoo and body wash and our phone was broken. It took me 2 phone calls and a visit to Guest Services to get the phone fixed.

First time visitor to both the country and Atlantis Bahamas. You will need to add an international plan to your cell phone and data is sketchy, beautiful property, WiFi is great. We were there for a week. Restaurants we dined in: Fish, Sea Fire, Sip-Sip, Bimini Road, Paranza (epic), Cafe Martinique, Marina Pizzeria (excellent pizza). Food was excellent. We kept busy water parking it, we had a spa day, walked the Dig and sharks tanks everyday. Every day we saw new fish. The barracuda was the most difficult to find. Defiantly recommend the night time walks through the aquariums. Don’t forget to get a drink made on the beach by the locals, great value and absolutely great flavors. I will be back, and I’ll bring my kids too.

You never have to leave the hotel. There is so much to do or not to do. Over 5 pools and beaches to choose from. Water park, Awesome reasturants, bars/nightclubs, casino, shopping, safety is a plus 10! Can't say enough about Atlantis. Going again this Wednesday for 5 days and again at the end of this month for my daughter's spring break. I am sure before the winter season is done, I will be going again! LOVE NASSAU AND ATLANTIS ! :)))))))

We liked the stay, we came 2 young kids, ages 6 and 2, and 4 grown-ups. While we enjoyed the off season time, and the almost empty facilities (less than 1m wait time for any slide), the one comment we have is the fact it's insanely expensive. Expect to pay on average 2k extra a week stay, this is easy on food, but yes some restaurants. Prices are probably the most expensive we've seen and we travel a lot. Just a heads up. Other than that we did enjoy the stay alot.
