Overall I think the property was good. Definitely Great bang for your buck. The room was clean and everyday they left the room clean and tidy. The staff was very nice. The pool was clean I had the breakfast everyday which was ok. The grounds are well maintained. I didn’t try the drinks or had food aside from the free breakfast so I can’t rate the rest. The access and tickets to Atlantis was smooth. Atlantis is less than a 5 minute walk away. The reason I gave it low stars is at the end of my trip today I requested a cab to take me back to the airport the front desk said it would be about $55 and she called out for the cab. The cab was a lady with red GMC license plate ending in 1274. She charged me $75 and claimed the front desk person doesn’t know cab price. I think that was wrong of this cab driver to do that. The hotel should have set prices. If you are staying here and order a cab and this cab lady comes around make sure you agree to the price the front desk told you before you hop in.

Had a wonderful day at the comfort Inn suites on Paradise Island. All the staff from the lifeguards to the bartenders to the front desk to the housekeeping, were incredibly cordial and friendly. Attentive to request and always had a smile. The rooms are large and comfortable.The beds are very comfortable too. I would highly recommend as an alternative to staying in Atlantis. Staff were great! Pool area v nice given it’s a small space - well maintained. The only negative, knowing we were not booking on the water, was that getting the bracelets from Atlantis to access the beach could have been alot more convenient. Also guests should note while it looks like a quick walk to the public beach, there is no direct route between the hotel & the beach.

Convenient, met our needs without breaking the bank! Breakfast included which is a plus!! Comfortable and also provided hospitality suite for check out so we could relax by the pool until we had to head to airport.
